Customer Reviews

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 114 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great design with nice features. Easy to use. Faucet head is long enough for sinks with two separate size. Two useful functions. Faucet is easy to pull out and retract. Water flow is just right. Switching water mode is simply done by pressing down a button. Very happy with this faucet. Love the design. December 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good and works well. The faucet moves freely through the complete range of movement. The water flow switches easily from stream to spray. October 11, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Moen Extensa The Moen Extensa faucet is an excellent product. I was doing fine with the assembly until Step 15 of 16. When I attached the spray wand to the Pullout Hose, water sprayed out of the base of the spray wand. I checked the Step 14 drawing and saw they showed an O-ring below the debris screen. There was no O-ring with the new faucet. I tried tightening the wand more; no change. I tried less torque; no change. Luckily the old faucet was a Moen Extensa Model 7560 also. I checked the old Pullout Hose, it didn't have an O-ring either, so maybe the O-ring isn't the problem. I used the old Extensa Pullout Hose and all the other new parts and the new Extensa works great. I plan to call Moen and find out whether that "missing" O-ring is my problem, or whether I'm doing something else wrong. September 8, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good with one exception The hose is very stiff & difficult to maneuver. Otherwise, it's excellent. July 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by glad to be able to find this to replace one we have the faucet was one to replace the one we had. and it works well June 16, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice product, not worth the extra money This product installs very easily. it's a "good" product, but not a great one. I used this MOEN faucet to replace an older model. This newer model is much more plastic than the previous, which was heavier and made from metal. I'll be interested in the longevity of this faucet. It works fine and looks nice, now. For another comparison, I installed another lower-angled MOEN faucet, that didn't meet our expectations, (the angle was too low). I returned and and purchased this model. The first one cost $125. This one was well over $350, and it didn't see any difference, except for the angle. As I said, I'm curious how this faucet will hold up. May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High Quality Replacement The assembly was complete with all items necessary for installation. The installation took approximately 1 hour including removal of the old Moen faucet. There are some improvements in this product which are obvious from the old product removed and includes a life time warranty. July 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Two out of Three Leaked Given that this is a very expensive faucet I was truly disappointed. I bought one from HD. It leaked like a sieve...not a slow leak. I bought a second. Same problem. So I got on the phone with Moen and they sent me #3. That one worked. They appear to be leaking from the internal plastic valve assembly. I believe it's leaking from the hand sprayer hose where it connects to an internal mixing tank. It's not something that can be taken apart and fixed. I sense is it's a manufacturing defect. The fact that they switched to a cheaper from the old copper feed lines may have something to do with it. There's also less pressure from the faucet...probably due to a flow restricter in the line.
