Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DEP Great Faucet
I hesitated spending this amount of money for a kitchen faucet. I bit the bullet and was pleasantly surprised. The hardest part of the install was removing the old corroded faucet. I love the sensor feature when your hands are messy. Having to go under the sink to replace sensor batteries may prove to be inconvenient.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bdpeter Easy install - reset of readi-sense is easy too!
Although slightly higher in price than I would have liked, I do like the quality of this faucet and the simplicity of the install. Longest part for me was removing the old faucet!
One note - when I first plugged in the faucet to the power supply, the spout was facing the handle, which resulted in the sensor thinking that the faucet was the spout. This all resulted in me having to have my hands right on top of the sensor for it to turn on for the auto on/off feature. Obviously very inconvenient.
After a quick call to Moen (great service guys!) I reset (unplug data and battery cable for 1 minute) the faucet and had the spout facing straight out, not pointing towards the lever. Problem solved! Now the kids can wash their hands and the sink turns on/off easily and effortlessly! Moen, perhaps you can add this tidbit to the instruction manual?
Great product, just lower the price a bit and you'll see 1000's more!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jad Beautiful faucet, not quite perfect utility
This is a beautiful faucet and I am overall very happy with it. In theory, there are three ways of turning the faucet on/off. I love the hands-free turning on & off feature; this is awesome when cooking and hands are messy. Wave your hand over the top and it turns on. It will turn off automatically after a minute or so to avoid problems in case it was accidentally turned on. Seems kind of quick, so for anything more than handwashing, better to use the handle.
The things that aren't perfect are the motion detector "eye" in the front. This is like the automatic on/off in public restrooms where it just turns on while you are in front of it. Alas, your hands have to be RIGHT in front of the eye for it to turn on. & if your hands are there, they're not under the faucet. This feature is a great idea, but not well executed so I find it mostly useless.
The handle is a handle...sticks out a bit far and is a bit close to my existing dish detergent pump. The front/back temperature selection (instead of left/right) is taking some getting used to.
( I had a plumber install it. While I've installed bathroom faucets before, between the tight space and the garbage disposal, etc. just seemed easier. Expensive, but a good choice).
Overall, I love the hand-waving feature, but the "eye" feature not so much. It's fairly expensive, but very beautiful.

Loved faucet at first, what a novelty! then it only worked once in awhile causing sleeves to get saturated, then started leaking from handle, fixed that, then leaked from handle and stem, called moen two years in and they are taking care of it,, sending new faucet,, so spare yourself the grief and extra $$,, stick with simplicity, sue

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KennyW Purchase of Haysfield Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer kitchen faucet with Motion Sendor
Overall a good product. Very easy to install.
I would prefer the power pack have the option to add an external power supply. I am not sure how long the six batteries will last, but would be nice to have so you don't have to worry about batteries.
The motion sensor is very responsive. If I had to complain it would be the learning curve that you cant move things around the sink, and get too close to bottom sensor, tends to get you wet when the water comes on. After a few days you learn the rules....

To be honest, I felt a bit pretentious buying this faucet, it is really expensive, but I love the sensors. It makes washing dirty hands easier, with less mess.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dhenson32 Had to remove and replace with competitor product.
I've Neverspent $398 for a kitchen faucet so perhaps my expectations were high. I had enough problems to justify removing and replacing the faucet altogether. Moen and HD told me NO to a refund or exchange. So I now have a $398 Moen Paperweight!! I would advise against purchasing this product.
