The finish and hardware was excellent. All stainless (checked it with a magnet) except the back stiffener for the bolts that hold the rods on the mounting plates. You don't see those anyway. The real problem is with the fit. The bottom bar is about 3/4 in. shorter than the top bar and rack assembly. This results in the side brackets not being parallel. In other words when you attach the assembly to the wall it looks out of square. It IS out of square. I expected better of Moen.

I don't like "online only" but that said this was an excellent value and in fact it only took 5 days to arrive in Hawaii.

It looks well made and installed smoothly. I used different mounting then came with it because I was mounting on a drywall and could not find a stud where i wanted it.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sunset Okay after fixing top bar
We had to silicone one of the top bars so it would stay in fixture (both side holes). Bars were a tad shorter than they should be. Otherwise, it looks nice and hopefully will function appropriately In new shower.

Stainless steel was the best choice. A little more $ than the others but well worth it. Easy install and heavy duty.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jason31 Very nice towel rack
This stainless steel towel rack looks very nice in the bathroom. It's wide enough to hang two towels folded in thirds. Or two unfolded towels if you use the shelf as a towel bar. Where the bar and shelf attached to the base plates, I used lock tight thread locker to ensure the screws don't come loose. Be careful with the stainless steel screws since they can gall and not allow you to tighten them all the way. Comes with three wall mounting options, long wood screws to attach to a stud, plastic wall anchors and toggle bolts. Unless you specifically placed blocking behind the drywall you will need to use the wall anchors since studs are spaces 16" and this rack is 24". The anchors provided hold the rack with no problem. The base plates are a little flexible so I placed thick washers behind them so the screws would not distort the base plates when tightened.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Godzollo Rather tinny; rods are loose
This towel rack looks good and installs easily enough, though you have to drill four holes at least 1/2" to get the toggle bolts in. Because the three rods that hold flat towels are loose in the frame, I wouldn't recommend that you install this rack in a shower without thoroughly sealing the joints with silicone. On mine, one rod fell out and I had to caulk it back in.
