Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lasted less than three weeks The new flush handle and bar were easy to install, following the video that was sent. But it is made so that you can adjust the angle of the bar that holds the chain both horizontally and vertically. I tightened both screws after I had it where I wanted, but the vertical adjustment stopped holding after a few weeks. I've re-tightened it several times, but last week it failed entirely--during a large party!--and I had to remove the lid, tie a string to the bar, and post a card with instructions so that my guests could flush the toilet. Completely mortifying. I don't know if this was a badly formed screw or what, but such a crucial part of the toilet flush should not be held simply by the pressure of plastic against plastic!
