Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AJ Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product
This faucet broke at the end from which the pullout comes out less than 3 months after installation. In addition to that the water connention at the pullout had been leaking causing water to get collected under the sink and damaging my wood cabinet floor. I'm extremely disappointed with this Moen product.

We chose this faucet because we could keep the lever in the cold setting to save hot water, but two other issues dampen my enthusiasm for this fixture. First, the spray setting does not stay on when the flow is low, or when one turns the faucet off. This deficiency wastes water and time. Second, a critical, high-stress part inside the fixture is plastic. It broke after 4 years of normal use. The part was covered by the warranty, but it chose to break over Thanksgiving weekend with relatives visiting (!) and we had to wait a week for the replacement to arrive. Better attention to engineering and durability would have made this a fixture to recommend.

After a while it takes a strong arm to move the spout back & forth [THIS IS TERRIBLE]. You have to grab it by the base to make it swivel & also the spout does not stay snug.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ron1943 Total garbage!
This faucet is total garbage! Save your money. I bought it at Home Depot on January 24, 2012 for $139.00, and I replaced it with a Kohler brand on September 1, 2012.
Several months ago the faucet would no longer swivel. Instead, the entire faucet turned in the mounting, and the nut came loose under the sink. The faucet would then flop around in the opening. Tightening the nut did not help, as it would come loose again in several days.
The faucet is mostly cheap plastic and the finish was already coming off in seven months.
This is the worst faucet I have ever bought in my life and I am 69 years old. I will never buy another Moen faucet! I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by scri8e Moen pullout faucet
This faucet is excellent. It is sized correctly. Doesn't hang over the sink excessively.Getting in the way. Cleans up easy. Installs effortlessly. I bought it on sale for under one hundred dollars.
Plus it is a Moen. Moen means there are easy to buy replacement parts, washers and such. Call Moen if you need replacement parts. Many times they will send replacement parts to you free of charge. On old products as well.
I am a Landlord. I am purchasing these faucets when I need to replace old kitchen faucets. Tenants love them.

Easy to install, attractive faucet. However, the pull out sprayer is clumsy and will never totally re-seat properly. I am going to try something with a magnetic connection. Spend the extra $50 and go for a better quality faucet.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by schmankman Needs re-engineering
The faucet looked great & functioned, at 1st, as promised.
Within 3-months of use, the faucet head began to noticeably become harder to swivel from one side to the other. We re-installed the main unit & all was fine for another 2-months when we once again had to re-install it. Last month we kept the unit slightly loose, but this only made it more difficult to use the sprayer head. Our carpenter told us of other similar cases.
We've reported this to Moen just recently.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MDinDC Doesn't swivel & reduces water pressure
The fact that this was made of plastic didn't bother me. It feels lighter than the last faucet I had, but the spray funtion worked fine. However, it reduced my water pressure overall (with and without the spray feature turned on) and it was hard to swivel when I first intalled it. It became impossible to move after a few months and I just had to install a new Delta model that swivels easily. And the water pressure is back to normal.
