All good! From the online purchase to the use of my new faucet has been all a good experience. I like Moen products and after replacing my kitchen counter tops, sink, and Moen faucet, I went looking for a replacement for the bathroom. Plumbing supply contractor will say that the quality from BOX store is less than on their shelves. For some products that may be true, but I was pleased to feel the weight and quality of the Kingsley faucet. It is high and out far enough to get your hands under for washing and it looks great. Form and function, it's almost a work of art. The installation went well. Design features make it a breeze to install. The long supply lines and the single nut mounting hardware are a big plus. You will spend more time getting en old faucet out, than it will take installing this one. The single handle lever glides smoothly to find the desired temperature and flow. Like I said, ALL GOOD!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nhlceta62011 Very pretty
This faucet looks wonderful once it is installed. Being novice "plumbers" we had some difficulties, compounded by the fact that we were working with an Ikea sink which was shaped a little oddly. Our two main complaints are: the instructions are just drawings, no words. We are still not sure if we installed the drain stopper correctly since the only way we can keep the drain closed is if we turn the lever to the left. Second, I am very disappointed that the decorative cap that sits on top of the faucet handle with H/C (hot/cold) is plastic and the drain cover is not metal either. The thought of these parts looking crummy over time is very disappointing. I'm not even sure that I can clean the sink with bleach cleaner since I don't know what will happen to the non-metal drain cover. I guess this is the quality we get in this price range. I hope we have no problems in the future!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by PlumbR product replaces an identical one installed 2008 which broke
Product is excellent quality, but someone had opened one of the packaging units and removed the nut used to tie faucet to the sink. A real inconvenience. And a model change from 2008 (see above) means the bolt/nut size is not the same as the earlier model, so one must improvise.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Excellent, but be careful of finish type color
Great faucet. Only beef is color is off. We decided on all Moen products for the master bath remodel, but discovered there's a slight color variation between the Moen brushed nickel products. While they are all listed as brushed nickel, mixing different styles (such as Kingsley faucet and Banbury accessories), we discovered the color difference. The difference is whether or not the Moen product has the "life shine" finish. If it does, the then brushed nickel color has a subtle bronze hue to it. So if you're a stickler that the faucets and accessories have to be the exact same color, then check the Moen website before ordering from HD to ensure they all have the same finish. Only some Moen products add the "life shine."

I purchased this model to replace all my bathroom plumbing. I have them in chrome in the upstairs and oil rubbed bronze for downstairs. They are an incredibly smooth mechanism and I am impressed with how solid they are. This is a model that is timeless, and you won't get tired of the design. All of the accessories in this line are quite nice...the toilet paper dispenser especially, with its movable-arm design. I am totally happy with the Moen product line and especially the Kingsley model. The company's support makes Moen my only choice for plumbing. These Moen faucets replaced previous Moen installations. I bought Brantford for the toilet flush lever, I think it looks better than the Kingsley one.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by CDR Faucet flooded entire bathroom!
I purchased two Moen Kingsley 6102ORB bathroom sink faucets and had installed by licensed General Contractor during Master Bath redo less than 2 months ago. Three evenings ago I heard water running and went to bath - discovered water spewing out of control from underneath the hot/cold single lever cartridge and was unable to stop it. I shut the hot/cold stop valves underneath in the cabinet and spent two days cleaning the flooded mess. Brand new cabinets ruined, carpet in adjoining closet and hallway soaked and many items in the cabinet ruined.
Beware - I would not purchase this Moen faucet again. I have not trust or confidence in this product. Fortunately, I was home when the leak occurred or the entire home would have been flooded.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by depotshopper Kingsley 1 Handle Lavatory Faucet
This faucet was easy enough to install, following the instructions there were no surprises. Handle is a bit tight so I will have to see if it will loosen up with time or if I can manually loosen it up to my liking. At the moment it jerks instead of moving smoothly, so the water flow is not as even as I would like to have it.
I think that for the price it should be a smoother move from hot to cold and a smoother change from light to heavy water flow. However, it does look really nice in my sink and I haven't even installed my new vanity yet.
I give it a 'Fair' rating and I might buy a much cheaper one that works better.
