Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cartridge wore out in less than 1 1/2 year with one person use The trim kit was installed by the bathroom remodel person who highly recommended Moentrol products, stating the cartridges are so easy to change. I had no idea what he was referring to but figured with just me using the bathroom, it wouldn't need done that often. Wrong. In less than 18 months, the bath faucet began dripping. It was no little drip, buckets were filling so fast that I now have to remove the access panel to shut the water lines off when I am done showering. I am very angry. How often would a family have to change their cartridge?? I cannot believe most families would find this acceptable. This is just a gimmick to get more money from the consumer. And I just purchased a Moen sink & faucet for the kitchen that hasn't been installed yet. So I am wondering if I shouldn't return the faucet at least and try to find the old fashioned kind that doesn't dime you to death.... May 16, 2015
