Let me first state that I have a past history with this model of faucet and historically they have been great. I installed two of these in a rental property in summer 2013 and they have been great. I went to install 1 more in an additional bathroom and the water sprays out the side and doesn't come down in a single stream. As another poster mentioned, sometimes the water even backs up into the arm and leaks out from the body. I took it back to the same Home Depot and exchanged it for another one. That did the same thing. I went to a different Home Depot and exchanged it again. The 3rd one did the same thing. I returned the 3rd one and said enough and went with a Delta faucet that works perfectly.
Quality control for this product is extremely questionable, and to receive (3) defective ones back to back is a bad sign of a chronic systemic defect with the product. As stated, I have installed these back in 2013 and they were great. So please take my recommendation and avoid this faucet at all costs. Sure installation was easy, but that was voided by having to install/take apart a total of 3 times wasting about 3+ hrs of time accounting for the driving back and forth to Home Depot.
I called Moen Customer Service and they were wondering why I didn't call Customer Service first to get replacement parts. Right...so I buy a brand new faucet for a bathroom and I am going to wait 2 weeks to receive parts all the while I have no bathroom sink faucet and all the while Home Depot has about 50 other faucets in stock? Nope, I am going to take it back to Home Depot and buy something else and honestly just avoid the brand all together. I thought Moen was high quality - this product has turned into garbage. When I said there is something seriously wrong with this product and another review on Home Depot had a similar problem, the Customer Service agent was in denial.
I'd be glad to upload a video showing the defect but Home Depot Reviews does not allow the upload of videos - only photos.
AVOID THIS FAUCET

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lanny Leaking drain assembly
Previous Moen faucets that I have installed had a once piece metal drain pipe; this model has a two piece plastic pipe that leaked at both joints. BTW both joints had either a rubber gasket or o-ring to seal the joint; not so much. I had to disassemble, install teflon tape on both sets of threads and reassemble. In over 30 years of installing faucets, this is the first time I've had a drain pipe leak. I also noticed that this faucet is now made in China; not sure if that's part of the problem.

Faucèt is attractive and performs well. Couldn't ask for an easier installation.

The aerator/filter assembly is overly complex by requiting a special tool to remove for cleaning.

Excellent quality. They look beautiful in all three bathrooms. And the little hole in the top makes them interesting, not boring! Definitely a good buy.

I purchased three Moen Kleo bathroom faucets. I like the design very much. As the plumber was installing, he pointed out that the drain pipe is plastic. He tightened it as much as he dared and it leaked. No way to stop little dribbles as water was turned on. I had to pay extra for metal drain pipes which are installed and dry as a bone. I do not consider this a good value since I had to pay more for a proper installation. Manufacturers like Moen have different quality levels and I won't purchase any more faucets at big box stores because the quality isn't there. I'll watch these closely and probably have to buy better quality faucets next time and they won't be Moen. My plumber's recommendation: Don't buy faucets with plastic insides.

With the stopper handle directly behind the faucet, be sure there is adequate clearance for the stopper handle to move up and down. Our installer made the hole in the granite to close to the back splash making the stopper handle difficult to raise and lower.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gardener Attractive and easy to use
This faucet was installed on a pedestal sink in our only bathroom during a renovation to make it handicapped friendly. The single lever is easy to use and adjust for water temperature, and the height of the spout makes it more useful than typical faucets. We had a three hole sink and the chrome piece at the bottom covers the two unused holes very well.
