Thank you so much for your interest and support of Moen products. We take consumer inquiries very seriously and we are delighted to have the opportunity to assist you. Your question indicates you need help with a leak where it swivels. If this is at the base of the spout then it indicates you need a new o-ring part 100000. We have attached a parts diagram below.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT BE FOOLED - INCOMPLETE HANDLES Yes the picture shows no handles, but the specifications say "Handles Included? YES". HANDLE INSERTS however are NOT included and must be purchased separately. Does the faucet look good? Yes, though have not yet installed. Only giving 3 stars because the specifications on the item are misleading. If I hadn't seen the "Handles included? YES" on the specs, I would have ordered the replacement handles. Very misleading and disappointing. March 18, 2011
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not as Expected I have had a Moen faucet for years in my bathroom so naturally it was my first choice for my kitchen remodel. I love the high arc design and sleek look. However, that's where my love ends. Problems started soon after its installation. After turning it off there is almost a minute where it continues to drip. Moen's FAQs reveal it's a known issue in high arc faucets. My previous high arc Price Pfister didn't do this. Now I'm also noticing an issue with the sprayer occasionally having low pressure. It can only be resolved by turning the cold water on completely and then the pressure returns. This is in addition to the spurting sounds I hear when both taps are turned on fully. After less than a year, I think it's time for a replacement. February 19, 2013
