I replaced an old chrome cover with this one. New one was much bigger but did the job. Great quality, heavy solid brass.

Really nice remodel plate to change 3 holes to 1 hole faucet control for shower. Just know that the Moen plate only matches Moen faucets. Brucshed nickle in one brand is not the same as another brand. Overall good quality for an updated look

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by njray777 Brushed Nickel Cover for Remodel
This cover is a bit big but does have a nice appearance. There are some items to be aware of though. Being it is Brushed Nickel it is a bit pricey. Be aware there are cheaper non Moen covers on the market that are painted plastic and can scratch easily. Second this cover's Brushed Nickel will show water spots and needs to be cleaned often. Last this cover extends away from the shower wall so unless you can position the valve to be even with the wall you will need to purchase a valve handle extension. Overall it is good upgrade over the old three valve system that was in the tub/shower.

Such a great application, we just updated our old faucet to a new one by using this thing. It is good, I just wish they had the brushed type too and the price is a kind of high for this, but the application is great.

Nice fit but the color doesn't match up well if you are the picky type. Other than that it works great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jerm Retrofiting an existing 3 hande shower facet
This is a fantastic product, When you want to install a single handle shower facet with out redoing the whole ceramic tile wall or plastic encloser, this is the way to go. It helps if you have a dremil rotery tool with a diamond disk cutter to cut out the tile around the existing 3 handles useing the supplied template as a guide. It allows you to cut a large enough hole to get inside the wall to cut the pipes with a spin cutter, then attach couplings to the old pipes/ tubing and install a new single handle facet. the whole job takes about 4 -6 hrs depending on available tools and skill levil. you can save hundreds to thousands of $$$$ with this little item. Without this item- the only way to change out a new facet is to rip out the ceramic tile wall and replace it or all 3 walls.
