Built in supply lines on faucet were too short to reach cutoff valves. Faucet internally reduces water pressure by 75 percent. Very disappointed especially considering the $155 price tag!!

Not many white faucets to choose from. Good quality. I like it as an alternative to the tall goose neck faucets.

13 years and worked great. Developed leak where sprayer attaches to hose . Called Moen and they shipped me a new one, no questions asked. I had no receipt and never registered product but they sent out an entirely new faucet immediately. I am now a Moen customer for life.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by fixer64dad Faucet ok, Great customer service at Moen, Lifetime Warranty big plus
I bought this Moen kitchen faucet at Home Depot way back in 2008, to replace an American Standard that had broken. Since then, it developed leaks in 2009, 2013, and again now in 2015. All three times, I called Moen under the Lifetime Warranty, and they shipped me the parts and instructions to fix the faucet free of charge. Yes, it's not great that it developed leaks in the first place, but the customer service folks at Moen are very friendly and they can diagnose the problem right over the phone. So now it's 7 years and still they're shipping me the parts I need. So in the long haul, this product will last much longer for me, since I will not have to search for replacement parts or throw it out when it breaks like I did with my older faucet. That's why I recommend it, but I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that it did develop problems, and it's a pain to fix every few years.

The faucet never stays in the base. It sticks out and just dangles. The house leaks and created a mess under my sink many times. The sprayer sprays in all different directions and makes a mess. So I never turn it on. Biggest piece of junk I've ever bought

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by dhmark Just OK, many minor issues
The only positive is that the spray option is very powerful when you push the button.
The negatives are irritating. When installing, there is an extremely narrow sweet spot between a firm installation and easy swiveling faucet. The circumferential groove collects dirt and water deposits, gets nasty, and is difficult to clean-- you have to wad up a sliver of a paper towel, spray on lime-away and run the paper towel into the groove. It seems really cheaply made plastic, so I am more careful about it than I want to be. The build quality does not seem commensurate to the price.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Denise Leaks after repeated repairs
The faucet sprayer never stays in the neck. The swivel base is nearly impossible to rotate. If the water comes on full pressure is will cause the weak hosing to burst (which is has done repeatedly). Had the faucet hoses all replaced and the next day there were 4 inches of standing water under the cabinet. The water caused the cabinet base to swell and it now needs replaced as well. $290 for Roto Rooter to replace + taxes + cost of new faucet + cost of new base cabinet. It will work fine 2 years then you'll have over $1000 in repairs. Plumber said they are always replacing these.
