Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wroks great, looks great!! Item looks and works great. I advise that you use a professional plumber to install not a handyman or weekend contractor. Very happy with my shower!! :) May 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Large Gap between Back Plate and Valve I just called Moen who assured me that my plumber installed their product correctly, which I find unbelievable. There is a large gap between the valve and back plate that I find unsightly. I cannot even believe anyone would design something like this. You can see all the rough in plumbing behind the valve and it looks nothing like the picture on the website as far as the valve being close to the back plate nor does it look this way in the show room. I sent a picture to Moen and they said yes it is installed correctly and that a 1/2" to 1" gap is "normal". Don't be fooled by the picture/showroom or their videos; I would not purchase Moen again. If I had known it would look like a total mistake, I wouldn’t have purchased this product. I feel like Moen lied and deceived me. They also mentioned all their products are designed like this and the pictures on their website are “artist renderings” and have nothing to do with the final look of the product. I can’t believe their slogan is “buy it for looks.” April 11, 2015
