Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total garbage! This faucet is total garbage! Save your money. I bought it at Home Depot on January 24, 2012 for $139.00, and I replaced it with a Kohler brand on September 1, 2012. Several months ago the faucet would no longer swivel. Instead, the entire faucet turned in the mounting, and the nut came loose under the sink. The faucet would then flop around in the opening. Tightening the nut did not help, as it would come loose again in several days. The faucet is mostly cheap plastic and the finish was already coming off in seven months. This is the worst faucet I have ever bought in my life and I am 69 years old. I will never buy another Moen faucet! I would rate it zero stars if I could. September 2, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by some issues We chose this faucet because we could keep the lever in the cold setting to save hot water, but two other issues dampen my enthusiasm for this fixture. First, the spray setting does not stay on when the flow is low, or when one turns the faucet off. This deficiency wastes water and time. Second, a critical, high-stress part inside the fixture is plastic. It broke after 4 years of normal use. The part was covered by the warranty, but it chose to break over Thanksgiving weekend with relatives visiting (!) and we had to wait a week for the replacement to arrive. Better attention to engineering and durability would have made this a fixture to recommend. November 25, 2007
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pull-out sprayer no good Easy to install, attractive faucet. However, the pull out sprayer is clumsy and will never totally re-seat properly. I am going to try something with a magnetic connection. Spend the extra $50 and go for a better quality faucet. September 30, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrendous Design Renders this Faucet UNUSABLE This looked like a decent faucet with really nice features: single lever, sprayer-and-faucet in one, with a side soap dispenser, and easy to install. And then I started using it. Let's start with a side soap dispenser. The washer that seals the top of the dispenser against the standard hole in the sink is about the same size as... you guessed it... the hole! How is that supposed to work? Also, there's no easy way to gauge how much soap is in the dispenser bottle while filling it, and the tube is really long, so if you get it "pretty full" and then insert the tube, you wind up with several ounces of soap spilling out of it like a volcano. Oh, and did I mention that the "perfectly sized" washer seal guarantees a ready supply of water dripping through whenever you clean the top of the sink or spill water on it? Now for the faucet. Easy installation. Just a single nut that slips over the water inlet under the sink. What could be simpler, right? Apparently the boys at Moen didn't realize, however, that the center post is designed to swivel. Because if you tighten the nut enough to secure the base, you: a) crush the washer seal, so that it leaks at the base; and b) can't move the darn thing side to side. The solution, of course, is to loosen it enough to allow the base to slide all over. There is an easy solution, of course: Find the *perfect* balance of tight/loose, and then crawl under the sink every month or so to re-adjust. We can all spare 15 minutes to do that as part of our regular faucet maintenance, can't we. Moen = FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL on this on. September 13, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap plastic.... don't waste your money It's all plastic and feels cheap. After tightening the single plastic mounting nut as much as possible just short of stripping the threads the faucet is still not firmly attached to the sink. It wobbles and slides around. Poor design and cheap materials are the reason I'm returning this one. June 21, 2012
