Had this faucet professionally installed during a kitchen remodel about five years ago. Constant problems immediately. Customers service folks would politely take my order and ship replacement parts (everything from stripped out handle ring (twice) to blown out supply line "snap 'n fit connector. Connector is crimped on supply hose. Breaks at the crimp.) Handle wobbles even with new "saddle" installed. Ring stop is plastic. Plastic threads screw onto brass post that holds cartridge. Torque created by handle being moved up and down and turned right and left strip out the plastic threads on the ring stop.

After many repairs, I have finally decided to replace this faucet. Looks great but does not last. At this point in time, the handle is off the water control ( again!) and I am working the faucet by grabbing the inner movements with tips of my fingers wrapped in a towel. Don't even think about this one. We contacted manufacturer and of course, this is not covered. It was over my budget, but so nice looking I stretched to pay for it. Wishing I saved my money.

I absolutely fell in love with the style of this set. But, I have had to replace the cartridge more times than I care to count. Also, the screw that holds the handle tight is constantly coming loose. I keep the allen wrench handy. I have to remove the hot/cold button so often to tighten that screw the button edges start looking chewed up. Yesterday, we found a large puddle inder the sink & it appears the faucet is leaking. The connections all seem dry but the water is dripping from the housing where the hot & cold water lines are in a cylinder. Hate the thought of having to call the plumber. I'll be calling Moen tonight. I bought it for looks but it's not lasting for life.

This was an impulse buy to replace a standard kitchen faucet about 4 years ago. I love the look, and the high rise design allows me to get even a 5 gallon bucket in the sink with plenty of clearance (it was actually trying to get a 5 gallon under the afore-mentioned standard faucet which broke it.) However, I do think it would be better suited to a single sink rather than my double. When I wish to use the right hand basin with the hot water on, the faucet hits the handle if I swivel it around too far in that direction. Annoying, but I've learned to live with it. Also, it has developed a constant drip from the spout, but I have purchased a replacement cartridge which I hope will fix that once installed.

Looks great! I would have given 5 Stars on installation except that the diverter valve, that someone else mentioned, was easy to accidentally install in wrong direction if you don't see the tiny arrow with the word "Spout" ( I would have called it a "Faucet" to avoid confusion).I of course installed it backwards and had to take it apart and swap it around. That arrow needs to be bigger or at least in the directions, blow it up and make it obvious to look for direction. I ordered a matching soap dispenser that will be coming soon!! That's what I am going to put in other hole.

I actually purchased 2 other Moen faucets for Christmas gifts for my good friends after they saw mine and commented on how nice it was.
The installation was very easy. Moen has this hose that has a "hydo-lock" clamp on both ends so it assembles really easy. Mine broke two years ago and I super glued it back together because no one sells these but Moen. I have a replacement ordered because the glued part came apart again. Moen replaces parts for free. What a deal.

We purchased the Moen Vestige 7065 because of its style and appearance. It was installed by a plumber and worked fine a couple of years and like most faucets, it began to leak. Most new faucets have cartridges rather than just 'O' rings. The Moen 7065 Cartridge was difficult to remove and more difficult to reassemble. A special tool designed for the cartridge helps (a tool for a cartridge?). I am reasonably handy but it took over two hours. All went well but it began to leak again in a few months. I hired a plumber and it took him 1.5 hours to replace the cartridge. It leaked a 3d time. Each time I called the service line and they provided the parts to fix the unit. I gave this product 2 stars because of the Moen phone service only. Considering the poorly designed cartridge system only, this rating would be zero. Today, I replaced the entire unit with a Delta (easy cartridge change). I will not buy another Moen until this cartridge system is changed to a more user-friendly design.

I love the look of the Vestige. Let me qualify that: I love the shape. The finish, not so much. The Vestige faucet in my house has the oil-rubbed bronze finish, and what I have is a sprayer that is light in color, a lever that is half a light shade, half a medium shade, and a spout that is dark. It looks ridiculous, and "quality" is not the word that comes to mind.
Also, the lever does--as other reviewers note--hit the spout. It also hits the sprayer if it's all the way to the right. This is a constant hassle for us since we normally use cold water, which means the lever always gets lowered in its full-right position.
I like the basic look, but the finish is a joke and the design needs serious improvement. My house came with this faucet preinstalled; I certainly would not have chosen it myself.
