Purchased in 2009 "for it's looks." In 2012 the plastic special hose connector, #114307, a non-stressed part - that's probably why its made of plastic, failed at the crimp inside the hose. As it is a non-stressed part and due to the location of the failure - inside the crimp, I can only assume it was damaged when assembled at the factory. I will never buy another faucet that doesn't use standard readily available supply lines. Poor durability for the price.

Moen products use a special hose that is very prone to failure and is not a repair product. It has to be ordered from Moen ONLY!!! It flooded my kitchen, sink down for weeks, and $14.00 part for one year old $307.00 faucet. DUH!!!

We experienced the same problem with the handle that controls the water. After a year it started to wiggle. We took it apart and reassembled it....seemed OK for about a month, then started to wiggle again. The style is beautiful but not a good value when the handle becomes loose after a year. Glad to know that buying a replacement part is a waste of money. Guess we will have to spend another several hundred dollars to replace the entire 3 piece faucet with another model and manufacturer. Moen obviously has a design/function problem here.

Had this faucet professionally installed during a kitchen remodel about five years ago. Constant problems immediately. Customers service folks would politely take my order and ship replacement parts (everything from stripped out handle ring (twice) to blown out supply line "snap 'n fit connector. Connector is crimped on supply hose. Breaks at the crimp.) Handle wobbles even with new "saddle" installed. Ring stop is plastic. Plastic threads screw onto brass post that holds cartridge. Torque created by handle being moved up and down and turned right and left strip out the plastic threads on the ring stop.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed Does not last
After many repairs, I have finally decided to replace this faucet. Looks great but does not last. At this point in time, the handle is off the water control ( again!) and I am working the faucet by grabbing the inner movements with tips of my fingers wrapped in a towel. Don't even think about this one. We contacted manufacturer and of course, this is not covered. It was over my budget, but so nice looking I stretched to pay for it. Wishing I saved my money.

We bought a condo that already had this fixture installed. We have had nothing but problems with it. Received a free part from Moen to fix the broken hot/cold handle. The sprayer was leaking before we bought the condo but the seller had it repaired before we closed. Now the actual faucet keeps loosening up to the point of almost falling off. I've had problems with Moen products in the past and will NEVER buy Moen again. We are going to to throw this piece of junk out and buy Kohler.

I absolutely fell in love with the style of this set. But, I have had to replace the cartridge more times than I care to count. Also, the screw that holds the handle tight is constantly coming loose. I keep the allen wrench handy. I have to remove the hot/cold button so often to tighten that screw the button edges start looking chewed up. Yesterday, we found a large puddle inder the sink & it appears the faucet is leaking. The connections all seem dry but the water is dripping from the housing where the hot & cold water lines are in a cylinder. Hate the thought of having to call the plumber. I'll be calling Moen tonight. I bought it for looks but it's not lasting for life.

This was an impulse buy to replace a standard kitchen faucet about 4 years ago. I love the look, and the high rise design allows me to get even a 5 gallon bucket in the sink with plenty of clearance (it was actually trying to get a 5 gallon under the afore-mentioned standard faucet which broke it.) However, I do think it would be better suited to a single sink rather than my double. When I wish to use the right hand basin with the hot water on, the faucet hits the handle if I swivel it around too far in that direction. Annoying, but I've learned to live with it. Also, it has developed a constant drip from the spout, but I have purchased a replacement cartridge which I hope will fix that once installed.
