This is an attractive and functional kitchen faucet. I particularly like the pullout spray head design that allows you to put the water exactly where you want it. It has a 2-button control for either spray or stream. The installation was relatively easy with good instructions. The water lines are extra long to easily reach the water cutoffs. The unit can be installed with or without the base plate and there are 2 ways of connecting the unit from below depending on the amount of room available. I hunted down my faucet wrench only to find that I didn’t need it since a special tightening tool was included in the box. Note that the faucet revolves about 100 degrees, so before tightening the nut ensure that it is positioned the way you want it. Mine is mounted at the corner of the sink so it can be positioned anywhere within the sink – nice feature.

I have been using Moen Faucets for many years, and I love them. It is made of durable materials and they last a long time.
Even if they break by wear and tear, I will always get replacement parts free with free shipping, because it has Life time warranty.
Moen is one of a rare and the best manufacturers of quality products with best customer care.
This Faucet is a high end product with Microban antimicrobial product protection. It is very clean and it resists water and fingerprint spots. The Installation is a breeze, and it took me only 10 minutes to install. The performance is great. See it in action in the attached video.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RoswellDIY Great... but only for 1 year
I purchased this faucet in Dec 2013. Installation was easy. Worked well until today.
This faucet is noisy as another person mentioned... the sprayer head is hollow, and causes extra noise.
Jan 2015 - Washing dishes this morning, and noticed a puddle of water on the counter top around the faucet base. The hose is leaking next to the sprayer head. The water is not coming from the connection itself, but from the area behind that (which is covered by a decorative shield). In other words, tightening or reseating the connection will not help. When the sprayer head is retracted to the base, the water runs down inside the base, leaks on the counter, and continues to run into the cabinet below the sink.
Hopefully I can purchase a replacement hose... would be a shame to waste a $200 faucet for a cheap hose.

Really like this faucet! Had a chrome faucet that showed every water spot and it drove me nuts. This stainless steel faucet is very easy to clean and shows no water spots at all. The pull down faucet works flawlessly. If there is any downside it's that the water flow seems low so filling a big pot of water takes longer but to me it's worth it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Flyboy We like it but 'round neck' takes getting used to.
Didn't realize before install the 'round' neck swivels when you touch it. Could be a good thing for washing dishes. We were just surprised since our last faucet was an 'oval' neck and it sort of 'locked in place' after pulling out to spray. Still getting used to this one. Spouse really likes the look and goes OK with chrome pull handles and cabinet hinges we installed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CharlesP Easy, comfortable to use
I have arthritis and small hands so ease of use is paramount with all purchases. I found the lever to be a good height, and the spray handle is the nicest I've ever seen. The head is small and easy to grasp comfortably and the button to switch to spray and back can be squeezed with my fingers rather than requiring pushing with my weak thumb (hallelujah!). The head pivots so it slides right out of the faucet and back. Once I locked down the hose weight at the right height under the sink, the head pulls out to spray with very little effort, smooth as glass.
I also like that there are few seams on the faucet where calcium can collect and make a ring of crust. So far the spot resist finish is working.
The soap dispenser is a little hard to fill, keep a funnel handy under the sink.
We're loving it so far, kudo's to the designers!

I replaced a Moen faucet that was only 7 years old and was impossible to move left and right as well as the weight for the pull out spout was no longer functioning properly. After reading a plethora of reviews and talking with my plumber, I selected this faucet, yet another Moen. My plumber pretty much said without spending way more than I wanted to spend, Moen or Kohler was my best bet. I think this faucet looks great! It is not the mile high faucet that so many of the options are, and mine retracts well and the magnet is holding tight. So for the money I am pleased, especially since I am about to sell the house. I did have a my plumber install it, it took about an hour for him to complete both the removal of the old and to install the new one.
