Answer:
Uncontrolled without the use of a thermostat, this product will max out to 85 degrees F. Most people will want to control it with an available thermostat with floor sensor and like it between 72 - 76 degrees F.

Answer:
For 120V, 1 thermostat can control 150 sf of heated mats in any size. In your case, only 5 - 3x10 heated mats. You can expand your coverage by adding a power module, which is a dumbie thermostat that allows to expand the allowed number of mats controlled by 1 thermostat. For 240V systems it doubles it from 150 sf to 300 sf.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy way to provide extra heating to a room. I installed this heating underlayment mat under an engineered hardwood floor. It was eay to install and worked beautifully. My daughter's room tends to be cooler than other rooms in our household so I used the heated underlayment as a supplement. No more space heaters needed anymore! May 17, 2011
