We brought this tile to give our fireplace a new look. This was a DIY project and our 1st time doing it ourselves. After spending over 3 hours in Home Depot, and asking lots of questions, we brought everything we needed to tile our fireplace. We love the final product. Only hiccup was we were told to get the flex bond to the consistency of "peanut butter". However, a consistency of frosting or paste worked better. The "peanut butter" consistency would not hold the tile on the fire place.

We installed the tile as a backsplash in a vacation home. it is very modern and is visually stunning. At first glance it felt rather "busy" as it was spread over 48 feet of space. It is now a conversation starter when new people come in the home as they comment on the glass tiles being so modern and retro at the same time.

Loved the tile. Easy to cut across, but not lengthwise with small tile cutter purchased for project.
It took 2 7 hour days to install and then grout. Seemed longer than anticipated, but love the outcome.

My wife wanted to have glass tiles on our kitchen wall, above the new granite counter top. I installed floor and wall tiles before but never glass "sheet" tiles. Store had samples but we had to order online because the store was out of inventory. Ordering was very easy and the product arrived very quickly. Packaging was very good.
Installation was very difficult. Each sheet (about one square foot) was made of 2" by 1" glass chips, glued to a backing mesh. I used thin set to install, but thin set needed to be applied to the wall. Buttering the tiles was not possible because of the many gaps between the glass chips. It was less messy to apply the thin set to the wall. The sheet has a tendency to slide down. I used a lot of spacers and T-pins to keep them in from sliding. It looked great when it was done, but I don't think I will ever use sheet tiles again. The only way to cut these glass chips is a wet saw, and the glue comes off when it gets too wet. That added another layer of difficulty. Using a grinder doesn't work because the heat from the grinding melts and/or cracks the glass.

We installed this behind our sink to make for easier cleanup. The glass works great for that but a tile saw is necessary to make precise cuts.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AmyP Color did not match online photo or in-store item
I bought a few sheets of this tile to bring home. Once I knew I loved it, I ordered 40 more online. When they arrived, they color didn't match my original sheets or the photo online. Now I have to lug 4 boxes of tile back to return. If you can find them in-store and get the correct color, they are beautiful.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by billsim1 product easy to install and easy to cut even with the cheap little ceramic saw that i had
Product was everything that you said it would be. Colors were rich and design gave wall a 3d effect. Very happy with ease of installation. I would recomend product to any person even with limited skills in home updating. And most important my wife loved the results.

I'm a DIY and this tile was very easy to install. Looks beautiful & brightened up a kitchen with medium dark cabinets, wood countertops but stainless appliances. We painted the window trims Expresso which really looked sharp & tied in with the brown glass tile of the mosaic.
