Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by kirk Great looking Travertine!
This tile is very nice looking and gorgeous once installed. Be prepared though. This tile is very fragile and has lots of voids on the back side. A couple times I placed the tiles and slowly started to lift them to apply more thin set to get them even and they just crumbled like limestone. As a precaution i back buttered every tile one by one to fill all empty voids for strength once installed. Also be prepared to order more then enough cause you will be taking some back to the store because of shipping damage.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HolySmokes Excellent Quality Product
Obviously other reviewers experienced issues with shipping & handling of this somewhat fragile tile. I purchased 38 cases of this tile with very minimal, if any damaged pieces. Installed in master bathroom, toilet room, master shower, and guest bath. Tile looks great and really adds value to our home.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Emily Looks great can't beat the price!
I did my homework and shopped around at the high end tile places. I happened to be shopping for something else when I stumbled on this and thought it looked great, to be honest I thought it was too good to be true at that price!
I remodeled my master bath taking out a tub fixture and putting in a walk in shower and all I can say is wow. Looks amazing!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Great tiles but one box was completely broken
In the online description, one of the pictures is not of the beige tile. I actually called before I ordered to make sure the color was more beige/honey than white/gray. It is definitely a warm beige, so ignore the picture of the gray-looking tile. I love the finished product. We used in a shower and installation was relatively easy - the difficulties you'd expect using a large tile if your wall isn't flat, but it was actually easier than I was expecting given some online instructions I'd read. We ordered 5 boxes and shipped to store, they come 5 or 6 tiles to a box. On one of them, the top tile was fine, but every single other tile was broken, some just 2-3 inches on the corner, some broken in half. It ended up for us that we were able to use the broken pieces on the corners at the turn in the wall so we didn't have to return them. We also ordered 1 additional box near the end of our project and that new box was a very different color than the others we'd bought. It still worked out because we had those pieces spread out and not all together, but I would advise you to try to order more than you need and return what you don't use to try to get all from the same color batch. Overall, very reasonable price, they look great, and even though we had one busted box, I thought the quality of the tiles was very good. I spent a lot of time looking for tile, and am happy we went with these!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DRM Excellent Value and Beautiful When Finished
We purchased two hundred cases with 5 tiles per case. We finished our front porch family room, kitchen, laundry room, master bath, and two hallways with the tile. It came out beautiful. We, like others, had few tiles broken. It is to be expected when you get 10 pallets of tiles. However, our installer salvaged most of those as many tiles have to be cut down in size to fit against walls and in corners, etc. He just used an appropriately sized piece from the broken tiles. Very little was wasted. The price at $3.79 per square foot is very attractive compared to other travertine tiles we saw elsewhere.
Only issue is we were replacing our existing ceramic tile floor. Be prepared for a huge amount of dust when the installer tears out the old tile. Items that were well covered fared better. Also we have replaced the air conditioner filters twice since the install began as they take up a lot of dust. We have just finished the job and could not be happier.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rocketmon Nice tile, horrible service.
Pro;This tile is very nice, a great product for the price.
Con; I ordered 21 bundles online with the store ( #1701) pickup option. The installer discovered 7 bundles were cracked and 3 bundles short. Called the store, over 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone who was clearly not customer relations oriented. I was told someone would call me back. I had better luck with the HD 1-800 number. Only 10 minutes on hold and clearly concerned with the problem, assuring me it would be resolved quickly. I did get a call from the store about three hours later indicating the replacement tile was ready for pickup, but when my installer returned to the store customer service could not find the order in the computer and made him wait one and a half hours before releasing the replacement tile. HD employees did not help or offer to help unload the returned/damaged tile. During the delay my installer had plenty of time to wander around in the store and noticed how roughly tile was being handled by HD employees. He mentioned his observation to the customer care personnel and was met with a "whatever" type response.
Very satisfied with the tile. Not so with the HD team, hence the 1 star rating
