Answer:
Glazed tile does not require sealer. Grout requires sealer. Stains will only affect grout, or natural stone that is not polished. However, do not take this as carte blanche to go dumping drinks everywhere.

Answer:
It is not a natural stone and not porous at all, so sealing is not necessary. It should not stain because of these properties.

Answer:
Hello Renie and thank you for your question.
The MS International Beton Concrete Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile does not need to be sealed. Since the tile is impervious, it has a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% for indoor use, which means that stains should be easy to clean.
Best wishes on your project.

Smooth. The tile is printed with the "concrete" design. You can not tell unless you look really close.

It has speckles of raised, but very very small. It's almost like textured walls, but small texture. Not an issue for cleaning at all. I think it gives it a bit of depth.

the best you can do, is order 1 box ( 8 tiles, 16 square feet) to be picked up at the store ( no delivery charge). If you decide you do not like the tiles you can return the tiles to the store for a refund. Then if you want to proceed with the tiles you need to decide between home delivery ($55) or pick up at the store. Each has it pros and cons. Depending on quantity - the weight of the tiles adds up. The photos for this tile color look totally different depending on tile size. Can someone discern this color for me or compare it to the Benton Graphite tile?

Answer:
I considered the graphite color and had trouble also with the color images on HD's site. The graphite it grayer, and darker, much like a pencil lead. The concrete color was much warmer and lighter. Installed, the graphite would look very very black. "Concrete" is plenty dark installed.

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Gray tile for fireplace makeover and small bath/shower I was looking for a gray, concrete looking large tile to re-do our old red brick fireplace. This 12 x 24 tile worked perfect. We also used the small 12 x 12 mosaic, removed from the backing to do the unique archway on the fireplace. The tile is beautiful. We were looking for something that had some different shades of gray. There are speckles in this and does look like concrete, but prettier. (If you looks super close you can see that this is actually printed on the tile) This is in our basement/man cave Philly Eagles basement, so adds a masculine/industrial look as well. We also used the 12 x 24 in our small bath floor, off the basement (less grout line to clean) We used the 12 x 12 mosaic on the shower floor, so that we are able to make a slope for the water to drain. (couldn't do this with the 12x24) We used grout from Home depot too. Polyblend, color Pewter. See pics August 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Tile, Low Price My only complaint would be not having different sizes to choose from, but we made it work, and it looks very high end! We had the package shipped to the store, and unfortunately we didn't look them over completely, because 3 of the tiles were broken, but we actually had to cut some to make them work in our design, so we ended up with just one broken tile left over. You do have 30 days to report broken tile, but we figured with just one left unused, it wasn't worth it. Don't mind the carpet in the pictures, its being ripped out next. :) March 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice concrete-look tile The product is unexpectedly handsome, and is a very good value for the money. June 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by So incredibly happy Overall, we are incredibly happy. We used it for both our bathroom floor and counter top and back splash in our kitchen. We wanted something nonporous and sealed, for sanitizing reasons, as well as something we could put hot pans and baking sheets on without a pad or trivet. We used a silicone grout in the same color and will never use anything else. The overall affect is beautiful and was very easy to install as well as maintain. I gave the appearance 4 out of 5 because a couple of the tiles do have marks on the top from the bottom of the tile stacked on it. They don't appear to be going away even after getting washed multiple times a day for the last year. They are only apparent at certain times of the day when the sun comes in just right and you're standing at a certain angle, so it's not as big as it sounds, just didn't feel right giving it 5 stars and then commenting on a flaw. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Quality I am pleased with the final kitchen floor and with the quality of the tile. April 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love the look and the price We had them installed professionally in a basement hallway in herringbone pattern and it looks almost like slate. Seem to be good quality so far. Saved lots of money compared to similar tiles found in tile showrooms. Love the look and the price. I have a feeling the dark color may show dust more easily than the lighter colors but time will tell. June 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful!! After a visit to a few home improvement stores and tile places and not finding what I wanted, I decided to gamble and buy something that looked nice online, knowing it could look difference once I received it. The gamble paid off, this tile was exactly what I was looking for. It's has a slight appearance of stone, but still a very soft looking texture and color. It's very modern and versatile. I didn't install it and we've only had it a few weeks so I can comment on installation or wear and tear, but as of now I am very happy with how it looks and feels. March 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice product The product itself is pretty amazing for the very low price. Looks fantastic, has a great color (much lighter than the image online as I see it on my screen though) and it looks really beautiful installed. Product was shipped 4 to a box, each box about 40lbs. About 20% of the tiles I received were chipped. Delivery cost on the entire order of 480 lbs came out to $18. Can't beat that, I even if a lot of the tiles come in chipped. September 30, 2013
