Answer:
The tile is glazed, so any stains are on the surface and can be removed with solvent.
If you know the brand of sealer, ask the manufacturer what solvent they recommend. If you don't know, just try whatever solvent you have handy. It will probably work. Excess sealer will also wear off over time from foot traffic.

First you have to say what kind of grout did you use. There is no way to answer that question without knowing.

Anyone have issues with this tile staining from something as simple as water drips?

Recently installed this tile. Seems that even water drips on the floor stains the surface. I've tried to wipe it up with water or mild cleaners; nothing seems to remove the marks. Anyone else have this issue? What can be done to rectify this problem?

Answer:
This tile is glazed, so plain water won't stain it. If you're seeing stains, your water contains iron or other minerals. Since this is porcelain tile, you can safely use any appropriate over-the-counter cleaner without risk of damaging the tile.

Answer:
no staining. the enamel does not let water in. i also used a grout sealant after I first installed it, but i don't think that mattered. this tile will not stain. it is not porous.. maybe you dripped some kind of heavy duty cleaner or paint on it. i don't see how water would stain it. I have mine on a kitchen counter x 10 months and no stains.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 79 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful tile, color different than appears beautiful tile. Looks great in our kitchen, we originally got the "gray" which is SUPER light in person and returned it for the "black" which is a darker, charcoal color and more what we were looking for. June 7, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nothing not to like Nothing not to like about this tile except for the cost dropped 2 weeks after i bought it. But oh well even at the old price it was a bargain for the quality of tile. I love the different colors that I can pick up due to the vertical line colors that make up the tile. My contractor was also impressed with the squareness of overall size and ease to lay. He seemed to really like the tile. The photo I'm attaching is obviously unfinished but even without grout it looks great. April 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home Upgrade Love my new floors! Easy to maintain as well. Replaced tile in entrance, kitchen, nook, two bathrooms, and laundry room. All looks great! March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good tile for the price Tiled a full bath floor in my house with this tile. Great value and bang for your buck. I purchased 3 cases of tile - didn't notice any color variations as others have mentioned. I did pay mind to the color shade on the side of the boxes when purchasing (all mine were marked shade 52). All my cuts (both rip cuts and cross cuts) did not produce any chip out or problems as a few others mentioned. I used a Rubi score and snap tile cutter also available from Home Depot. Durability test - accidentally dropped a tile from waist height onto my concrete garage floor. TIle did not break. (although I didn't use this tile for fear that it might have gotten an unnoticed hairline crack) Found this to be a pretty good test for the strength of these tiles. Although not rectified, I found the tile size in general to be very consistant. I used 3/16" grout lines and pewter colored grout. Home Depot should consider selling the bull nose for this tile in stores. You can order online but I only needed 4 pieces and only cases are available online. I ended up cutting 2 1/2 wide" pieces and made my own base molding with tapered top grout joint to hide the unfinished edge. All in all, time will tell how they hold up now that they're installed. I haven't noticed any staining or cleaning problems as others have in my high traffic bathroom (3 kids) Really like the look and found nothing to complain about. Highly recommend. March 10, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Impossible to keep clean! When I saw this tile I fell in love with it. I remodeled my entire house in it! Mistake. Well it looks great upon installation, it is very fragile. Anything you drop on it will chip the tile. In addition it is an absolute nightmare to keep clean. You can literally moppet and the footprints just don't even go away. I have yet to figure out how to clean this tile so it looks as new as it is. June 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Larger tile makes install easier This new tile provided a wonderful update to our bathroom. Install was much easier due to larger size of these tiles. June 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great! Awesome value! We chose these tile for our first attempt at tiling our small bathroom. (About 30 sq. feet) Both my husband and I loved the look and decided to give it a try. They look great we're easy to install and I feel the price was awesome. The boxes were heavy to lift but we had no trouble with breakage. We only bought two boxes so we did not see any trouble with color variance. We have gotten a lot of compliments on how great they look. People think they look like expensive tile. My husband did the cutting and I did the laying and grouting. We are so pleased with hoe easy they were to work with and how they turned out. If ordering online(we bought ours in store) The color is grey with tan. We used grey grout. December 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good tile, just be careful when purchasing. Decent tile. The shades vary greatly between lots. If you need a lot for your project, get an associate to order it all from the same lot. Some tiles were bowed or warped and some were cracked. Be sure to check the packages before purchasing.
