We did not listen to the 20+ other reviews that said not to buy this beverage cooler and that was a huge mistake. The actual cooler is great and love the features IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED. We had the cooler for exactly 4 months before it stopped working. It still cools drinks slightly, just not to the selected temperature. It has to constantly run to even maintain a temperature around 50 degrees. Worst part is that I waited over a year to contact anyone about warranty and now have to pay a service fee to have a refrigerator technician come out and look at it.

Wine cooler has a very nice sleek elegant look and fit exactly under my new granite counter tops. Matches very nice with my new renovated kitchen

This unit stopped working correctly about a month after the warranty expired. The lower zone will not reach the programmed temperature anymore. I called Magic Chef customer service as directed and they were beyond useless. They admitted there were user serviceable/replaceable parts but refused to do any troubleshooting and instead directed me to a national repair service so I could pay to have the repair service come out, assess and fix the problem. Given the price, it is not worth repairing.

Shelves are a little wonky. There are many of them which seems unnecessary, but it does give you options. Also leveling it was a little bit challenging (as there is no leveling leg in the rear of the unit), but all in all, it's an excellent unit for the price. I would recommend it.

It looks nice. But all models look nice. Gradually, one zone of this two temperature zone cooler began getting warmer. After another month the other zone began getting warmer. It no longer chilled. I contacted Magic Chef and made a timely warranty claim. They said someone would contact me about repairing it. No one ever did. I called again and was told the same thing. Magic Chef has not honored its warranty.

When this refrigerator worked for the first year we thought we had purchased a great product for the money. Unfortunately, as we enter the second year of ownership, the refrigerator no longer cools down, it stays at room temperature and is a big disappointment. We are hoping for a refund for Magic Chef/Home Depot. I would not recommend this product and would not purchase another one.

I needed an under counter beverage cooler for my basement bar. I was afraid of all the reviews but still bought this one. Seemed like no beverage cooler rated well anyway. It worked fine for the first few months, but seemed to run quite a bot even if it was set to 42 deg F on both top and bottom. Now, it just runs and runs and runs and cannot cool down. The funny thing is that I adjusted the temp up a few degrees just to get it to turn off, and it would not turn off. So, I just turned it off. I really feel like I made a $500 mistake with this purchase. I would love to swap it with a new one and give it another shot.

We purchased this wine and beverage cooler to use in our kitchen remodel. We were looking for an under counter model that offered two zones and shelves for soft drink as well as for wine. This unit is good looking, feels sturdy and the price compares favorably with other options. We have only been using it for a few days but so far it is quiet and comes to temperature quickly after we open it and add more beverages. It was a bit tricky to configure, our champagne bottles don't fit well, and we wish we could reverse the door, but otherwise we are quite happy with it. Very well packed for shipping. We picked it up at the store and the process was very convenient.
