Are the shelves big enough for a flat of eggs? I know the bottom w/ compressor won't but how about the other shelves?

Answer:
The other shelves should be about 15.5" deep by 15.8" wide. If your flat of eggs is within those dimensions, it should fit.

I have a 20 amp breaker in our garage. Is that sufficient to support this unit? I ask because, when it's the only thing plugged in, my 20 amp GFI circuit that it's on pops.

Answer:
1. Is the fridge it properly grounded? Correct type of plug in receptacle Three prong grounded? If the fridge is only 2-prong then adding a ground line might fix the problem you are seeing with the GFCI
2. Does it pop off when the compressor cuts in? If soo there may just be too much of a surge, so neutral gets out of phase with ground

Answer:
Hello, the coils are located on the sides of the unit rather than the back. Heat is transmitted therefore a minimum space of 4-5 inches of space is required all around the unit for proper ventillation. Thank You!

3.5 cu. ft. Mini Refrigerator in White, ENERGY STAR is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 945.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Product is great- but came damaged. This fridge is a great size (for my classroom) and has a lot of space. Only complaint is that when I unpacked it there was a huge dent in the side. Am I going to repack it- take it out of my classroom put it in my tiny car and take it back to home depot? No. that's way too much of a hassle for a dent- but still. I'm not sure if its the manufactures packaging- or home depots loading and unloading but there shouldn't be damage to a brand new item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NIce little fridge for not much money I bought this min-fridge after my daughter repossessed the old one for her college dorm room. Just needed a cooler for the basement and this fit the bill. Good price too. PROS: + Removable glass shelves--nice touch, take them out for big bottles leave them in for smaller stuff. Flexible. + Cools quickly. In fact, at the lowest cooling setting (7), it froze a bottle of OJ in the fridge compartment. I imagine you could keep ice cream (which is best kept at a soft freeze) in the main fridge at that setting though I don't plan on trying it. + Good value CONS: - Small ice compartment, but that's not a big deal since I wouldn't use it to make ice anyway. Just thought I should throw a CON in here for symmetry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy Worth every penny. It's a great fridge. It's aesthetically pleasing, has plenty of space inside. The 3 shelves I found were too many for the amount of space inside so I just removed one. The soda can holder on the side is a huge space saver. Love this fridge!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this if you plan on eating ice cream I bought this when it was on sale and it was still not worth the money. The freezer does nothing but build up ice. When I looked at it in the manual they changed the name of it to "chiller compartment", likely because it DOESN'T FREEZE ANYTHING. If you don't plan on storing anything requiring mild freezing, this is a fine product, but too expensive at that. So much ice builds up and the "chiller compartment" only closes by a little, loose rubber stopper, which consistently falls out every time I open the door. I wish I never bought this and am looking for a new fridge with a separated freezer.

They have been having problems with this item arriving damaged. We bought one, opened it, and found it dented (even though the packaging was pristene). We went back to HD, and decided to open the replacement before taking it out of the store. Dented. And the next. And the next. We had to open seven of them to find a good one. Kudos to the store employees, they were helpful, apologetic, and eager to help us get a unit that wasn't dented.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad fridge I bought this fridge about four month ago and I think this one is the worst purchase that I made in my life. It had a dent on the bottom when I opened the box, then instructions INSIDE the box contained several restrictions when using the fridge. freezer does not work well, things either get burned or ice cream stays melted. Please don't buy this Fridge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not new Got this unit shipped to my house , I was surprised to find out once I opened it that it had several dents and scratches. Somebody even took a marker to cover them, also Styrofoam packing was broken and it was different pieces just stuffed in to fill the void. Unit says it needs 5 inches of clearance on all sides, that pretty much means to is will be freestanding since you cant put it under a cabinet. Also says not to use in a camper which is why I bought it, wish that info was available before purchase. Only handle is on top so be sure to keep it below waist high. Plugged in to make sure it worked and made lots of noise the first half an hour.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from okay if you do not need the freezer Overall nice-looking, good-sized fridge. However, I put some items in the freezer, and found that they were not fully frozen after setting the temperature to 5 (out of 7). So, assuming I was dealing with a refrigerator, not a freezer, I set the temperature all the way to 7. After a few days, I came to find the door blown open by an exploded can of frozen seltzer water, the freezer caked with frost, and everything slowly melting because of the open door. Another can was distended and about to explode. We have only had this fridge for about two weeks. Now we are just using this as a fridge, but it's disappointing to lose a feature we were hoping to use for years.
