Ordered this door online and researched the price. Could not beat the price at Home Depot. The door came in sooner than we expected. We picked it up at the store. It was in a cardboard outer package and another protective package under that. When we opened it we found a beautiful mahogany door. No damage. We haven't installed it as we are waiting to paint it and buy the hardware.

We purchased this door as a pre-hung double-door. It was a beautiful door, initially. After only 3 months the 1.75" surface (depth) split between the door lock and deadbolt recesses. See photo.

This is a beautiful wood door. We just bought a home and the front door had 9 window panes and did not provide any privacy or security. This door has no windows so it solved our problem. Since we already had side lights we only needed a slab but if you buy one you need to realize that you mount the hinges, buy your own hardware and install it.
I had to remove 5/16" from the hinge edge of the door and it came out perfectly thanks to some internet tips. We added Baldwin hardware and mounted the hinges and it is a pleasure to have.

We ordered a custom (42" wide version) of this Main Door Corp. Mahogany door at Home Depot with HD's contractors for the installation . The HD millwork specialist "Dave" was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were told to expect the custom door to be delivered in about 3-4 weeks, then another couple of weeks to schedule and do the installation. Unfortunately, the door arrived damaged by the shipper and there was some delay in sorting out the insurance details. We ended up needing Main Door Corp. to make a second door, rather than repair the damaged one. A few weeks later, the second door arrived damaged, too! The damage was really minor and HD offered a 25% discount on the price of the door. Throughout the delays of reordering, "Tiffany" kept us informed at every step. The installer completed the job in one day—and managed to repair the small damage so that it is completely unnoticeable. He was conscientious and everything was tidy when he left. The entire process took 8 weeks instead of 5, but the final product is beautiful and the damage discount made it a superior value. My only disappointment was in the damage resolution process and its unnecessary delays for the customer. Otherwise, all is well.
