2-1/2 in. 15 Degree Siding Coil Nailer is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it. I use it everyday at work, it gets the job done. Of the several siding nailers I've used, this one is superior in everyway. We'll see how it operates in a year from now, that's the real test. It's seems durable, it's lightweight, nail depth adjustable and i really like how with a glance you can see how many nails are left. Not a big fan of the last nail falling out but most of them do that, i have a Hitachi that shoots the last 2 out and often jams up. So far so good, good job Makita!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Tool This is an excellent nailer. Makita quality and the feature that allows you to select the type of firing sequence (contact-activated or sequential) are the primary reasons I went with this gun. The contact-activated firing is easy to use and makes the precision, single-nail work so often required in repairs much easier. Home Depot's price is also noticeably better than Amazon's. The rubber handle grip on my gun was poorly attached--or not fully glued--to the handle and it slides around during use, so I am removing a star for poor quality control. Unfortunately, it is made in China. Sigh. Nevertheless, the ergonomics and feature set are very good for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad Always use Bostitch sidewall guns ,and decide to switch to Makita .Just used twice and a gun doesn't work, just keep jamming on me. I don't know what happened to this particular gun because I use it on the best this brand and it was awesome!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returned Bought one when I went to HD and the one I wanted was out of stock. Salesperson pushed me into this instead and gave a $50 off if I bought this instead. Took it home and tried to use it. Air leaks like crazy out of bottom. The turning air vent on the top of the gun refused to budge. Took it back and exchanged for another. Took that one home. Same thing. Air leaks like crazy out of the bottom and the vent refuses to turn so it's a major safety hazard. Used it anyway as I had to have it to reside the house. The second day of use and the gasket blew out on the air vent. Of course once the gasket blew out it allowed the vent to turn, but that's bad design and worse construction not to mention unsafe to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best there is Incredible gun. Very easy depth adjustment right on the gun. Has switch to switch from bump to single shot trigger. I have shot a few thousand stainless nails through the gun with out a jam. I own numerous nail guns and this one is by far the best. Exceptional siding gun.
