Can I use this blade in 6 1/2 Makita 18V Circular Saw?

need to build a small retaining wall - so need to cut several blocks
Asked by: Anatoli
We do not recommend cutting concrete with a circular saw specifically engineered to cut wood. For concrete cutting applications, we recommend the 7.5 Amp 4-1/2 in. Corded Paddle Switch Grinder with Aluminum Case, Diamond Blade and Grinding Wheels (9557PBX1).

Customer Reviews

4 in. Continuous Rim General Purpose Diamond Blade is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good price but not the best cut. I spent a lot of time shopping for a diamond blade for my wet tile saw. This blade does cut quick and no issues in getting my blade to do L or thin cuts. But it left a rough edge. From what I can tell the blade is a little thicker than my original blade. The original blade was a Skill Saw and even though it ran out of cutting speed but still had a smooth edge. From looking at the blades the Skill Saw was thinner. See the images I have posted of the cuts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great on Tile Got this blade for my small portable tile saw as the original blade was severely worn down from much use. I have other Makita tools and have been very pleased with not only their performance but also durability. This blade works well and I anticipate it will last as long or longer than the original.
