The Makita 5 in. angle grinder includes super joint system (SJS) technology helps prevent gear damage caused by accidental wheel binding and a soft start feature for smooth start-ups. It has a variable speed control dial which enables user to match the speed to the application. Tool-less wheel guard adjustment for easy clamping.
- Powerful 12.0 Amp motor for increased output power in a more compact tool (5.2 lbs.)
- Labyrinth construction seals and protects the motor and bearings from dust and debris for longer tool life
