how do you install this in the corner

Asked by: tonya
Mount the brackets on the wall where you do not want to move the curtain rings. If your curtains are heavy, you might want to install a wall bracket on each wall to support the Corner Connector. The Corner Connector is attached to curtain rods with a small screw that passes thru the side and into the wooden curtain rod. Take into consideration the length of the Corner Connector when measuring and cutting the wooden curtain rod. Look inside the Corner Connector and you will notice that the wooden rod is set within about an inch. good luck

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very large, doesn't work for small spaces We have a bay window with 3" of plaster on reach side. We're couldn't fit this and the mounting brackets on either side. So, if we were mountig the brackets so they sat on top of the window, no big deal, but we wanted to put them to the side so we'd have enough space to pull the curtains away from the trim. Second annoyance, the color was off from the other pieces of the system. Now, I know why it cheap compared to other bars. In the end, if you have lots of wall space or plan to mount above your window, go ahead, if you plan to side mount and have less than 3" per side, skip because you'll save a headache. One other thing, you can't tighten the screw holding the ball part together, so that seemed very flimsy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Bay Windows We have a large bay window. It has two windows and one French door that opens to the outside. We wanted the curtains to run across the entire length instead of having three separate curtain rods. The Corner Connector matches the wood curtain rod, and connects to the rod with a screw to hold it in place. Professional look without the professional interior decorator price. Note: Measure, measure, measure before you cut the wood curtain rods because you have to take the length of the Corner Connector into consideration for the overall bay window length.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is excellent in quality. This product is great but the plastic coating of paint is a little hard to sand through if you need to change the color. Otherwise it is an excellent product.
