Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by chriski I love this stuff!
I bought this to cover uneven surfaces on our bathroom walls. It applies quickly and easily and dries fast. I love the finished product! We applied it over Martha Stewart paint color "Punch" and it adds a bit of depth to the color since we didn't apply the Terra Cotta very heavily. Now I'm trying to figure out where else I can use it! The only con is that there is no application instructions, so I had to come up with my own tools and method- but it still looks wonderful!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Malerin By Far, a really great product!
We moved into our home 5 years ago. Nearly all the walls were beige knockdown. Because the paint was fresh and my furnishings are all very colorful and eclectic, I didn't rush to change anything. A couple of trips to Mexico changed all that but I couldn't find the right product. In the past, I spent a great deal of time, energy and money creating the desired look in my other home. Fifteen years later, I wanted something easier to accomplish the same effect.
When I presented my dilemna to a very nice sales person at our local Home Depot, he introduced me to this product. Although I didn't follow the directions, I fell in love with the amazing, rich colors as well as the built-in texture and I just knew exactly what to do with this product. If you're looking for a Mexican, Tuscan or Middle Eastern look, this product and its wide range of colors and texture, is just what you're looking for. It's very easy to use, washes up with water, can be used right out of the jar or you can thin it a bit with a little water to get the desired effect. Here's a photo of my gorgeous Mexican wall.

For the right project it's great paint but not for me , the colors are excellent but it is very textured I wanted a plaster look not as though I'd put it on with a trowel . I have given it to a friend who thinks it wonderful.

Great color. Do not like the sand texture and it is not the Penny Copper color that I needed to finish painting living room. Martha S. paints are great. Sad you no longer carry.

I use this differently. I pallet it on the product, then I stipple it with a sponge to get an adobe look. Then I let it dry 2 days. Then I give it a 2nd stippled coat & let it dry 2 days. Then I cover any cracks & let that dry 2 days. Then I coat it with a flat clear sealant. It looks fantastic! Why did you take this out of the stores? You need a spanish gold colored one. This is great for a Spanish look. I took a beat up old bookcase most people would throw away & I made it look new & fabulous! I also made a cupboard for my kitchen & an ugly old case now looks spanish & new!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gina Applies easily to wood surface - too pricey for large project
I purchased this because it was $3.00, my oldest child favorite color has always been orange, and we had a cork board border to paint. It goes on easily and was much more pliable than I thought it would be. You do need to be doing a small job to buy these paints because a little goes a little way. This particular color had been marked down from $7.00 - otherwise would not have tried product. Looks like real terra cotta.
