Organizer installed exactly as per the instructions. It was not a difficult installation, but more than a weekend project for a walk-in closet. We are very pleased with the quality an appearance. We invested over a $1000 in the various kits and the end result looks as if it was almost a professional installation costing much more.
The units hang on the wall and do not touch the floor, thus allowing for baseboards and any floor ducts there might be.

I am comparing this unit to one I purchased from Easy Closet. Now mind you Marth's are a much better value. In the online planning photo it looks like the top shelves are all at the same level. When installed this cannot be accomplished. Our center shelf is higher than the ones on the sides to accommodate being able to screw the shelves in place. I feel the gray metal hanging rods detract from the otherwise luxurious look of the kit. Our kit arrived with the shipping box just about ready to dump its contents. Be warned this is a very heavy (two person) box. Best to have it delivered inside if you are by yourself. I miss the plastic cover supplied by Easy Closet to cover the wall attachment rail, which also covers the screws. Most of it will probably be obscured by clothes on the rod or shelves.

Shelves not flush with front edge of uprights (verticals). If you use the pilot holes supplied, the shelves overhang the front edge by 1/16" to 1/8". This happened with every shelf on two different starter kits. C1 and C2 to be specific. So either I drill new pilot holes on every single shelf (34 pcs, 12 are 12" wide shoe shelves) so they line up flush or return for credit and buy another brand. You get what you pay for!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by CaptBill Unit looks really good & is very functional
I purchased this and two other Martha Stewart kits for a walk in closet. It took me three days (with a bad knee) to assemble and install. The hardest part was actually the drawers that I purchased to replace shelves. The end product looks very good and I have received a lot of complements. It was delivered right to my door and UPS actually brought it into the house. There was a total of 19 boxes.

I installed espresso in a 16'x7' closet. It looks so great. Wish I had done this years ago. Totally impressed the house buyers. The espresso looks really substantial.
Skip the the top shelf if you don't need the storage. It'll save $.
The shelves come in 2 sizes, always keep your dividers in standard sizes and my HD cut 2 pieces to size for me (over in lumber)
A set of furniture touch pens (cleaning supply aisle) will fix any scratches.
To stabilize the hanging dividers be sure to install the shelf stabilizer in the vertical shelf unit (2"x1"x24"). Using an upper bar and lower bar or a bar and a shelf makes the bar more stabile. Also once you hang a bunch of stuff the weight pulling down stabilizes the vertical dividers.
The anchors included are ok for drywall. But I used 'EZ Lock 100 lb' wall anchors because they're super quick and easy to install the horizontal bar. Be sure to have the tiny arrow point up when screwing in the anchor. They don't need any drill bits.
