Works as advertised, some of the material was damaged. Be nice if they put more information on the box detailing what is included. All in all tho it works.

This product is easy to put together, however, you will need to think about the stability issues and screw in the shelves, but you might not be able to line them up at the same level. Also you might need to veneer the ends of the planks so that your clothes do not snag on the particle wood.

Rated 1 out of 5 Bad qaulity, very poor material
Hi Everyone... I bought an entire Martha Stewart closet from HomeDepot. I found very poor material, breaks and chips easily. After I finished to build my daughter's closet, I wasn't full convinced of the quality and I kept it, BUT when I started to build my son's closet finding more and more issues (bad quality) I decided to put it back in the boxes and returned all of them to homedepot. I have to say "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES" at HomeDepot, but low quality for Martha Stewart Closets.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by hbv2020 Nice Kit but not the best
I am comparing this unit to one I purchased from Easy Closet. Now mind you Marth's are a much better value. In the online planning photo it looks like the top shelves are all at the same level. When installed this cannot be accomplished. Our center shelf is higher than the ones on the sides to accommodate being able to screw the shelves in place. I feel the gray metal hanging rods detract from the otherwise luxurious look of the kit. Our kit arrived with the shipping box just about ready to dump its contents. Be warned this is a very heavy (two person) box. Best to have it delivered inside if you are by yourself. I miss the plastic cover supplied by Easy Closet to cover the wall attachment rail, which also covers the screws. Most of it will probably be obscured by clothes on the rod or shelves.

Shelves not flush with front edge of uprights (verticals). If you use the pilot holes supplied, the shelves overhang the front edge by 1/16" to 1/8". This happened with every shelf on two different starter kits. C1 and C2 to be specific. So either I drill new pilot holes on every single shelf (34 pcs, 12 are 12" wide shoe shelves) so they line up flush or return for credit and buy another brand. You get what you pay for!
