The product looks good , good color, butt little too flimsy for supporting vertical boards, my contractor used double for better stability, that means it double my cost of it. Also it would be nice if they offered longer boards for high ceiling closets. Overall looks good, but it cost as much as professionally design closets.

I chose this product for it's quality, price, and color. None of these disappointed me. I'd by another one if needed someday.

Hard to believe there aren't any instructions! I was installing against side walls so I just screwed right into the studs. They do have slots in the back for hanging using the rails that are sold separately.
I used these similar to how the Deluxe Starter Kit is configured. I purchase a "regular" Starter Kit, these panels, a bunch of additional shelves, some drawers and rods. (The Deluxe Starter Kit wasn't available and I couldn't wait). In retrospect I wish I had bought a another "regular" Starter Kit instead of these panels. Then I would have had two side panels that match the length of the middle panels for the most flexibility on where to install shelves. And I needed additional rods and shelves anyway so nothing would have been wasted.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chris Great quality for the price
I bought this system to complete our Master bedroom and Master closet remodel. I wasn't too sure of the quality to expect for this price point, especially after looking at many similar systems that were a lot more expensive. I bought the 4 ft. - 8 ft. Espresso Deluxe Starter Closet Kit, 72 inch Espresso Hanging Starter Closet Kit, 48 in. Espresso Vertical Panels (2-Pack), 4 of the 24 inch Espresso Shelves (2-Pack), 4 of the 35 inch Espresso Shelves (2-Pack) and an additional 32 inch closet System Rail. This allowed me to have 1 wall of that included 96 inches of double hanging, and 24 inches of long hanging for my wife’s dresses. It also gave me two 72 inch towers, one tower with 24 inch shelves and one tower with 35 inch shelves. My decision in what to buy was based on using the Martha Stewart closet design website. After I entered my room dimensions and edited the recommendation to suit our needs, the website gave me the list of things I needed to buy through Home Depot’s website. I was able to install the entire closet system by myself in under 2.5 hours (My pregnant wife watch silently in amazement from our bed). I think the most difficult part for most people will be cutting the metal rails to the correct size. The instructions suggest using a hacksaw. Fortunately for me I just bought a Dremel 4200 on Black Friday that came with a metal cutting wheel that made short work of cutting the rails for me. I think the photos do not do justice to the completed project. But my toughest critics (the lovely wife) absolutely loves who new closet. She even shares part of it with me.

easy to install, just gotta be careful in small spaces as walls are not always square. directions could be a bit better.

We had previously purchased a large wardrobe for hour storage shed and it needed more shelves. We were able to cut these into several sections to make shelves and they look nice.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SuzUK Purchased over $1500 of closet organizer and found it just okay
Firstly, the product comes with virtually no instructions. I used the custom designer software on the HD site and was sent several different "kits" from which to build the finished product. We had to call customer service twice to understand how it all went together -- we are not inexperienced flat pack builders. Everything needed to be assembled. I expected the drawer boxes to a least be put together not needing to be glued and screwed as they did. I would say the quality was fair, not poor but not great. Frankly, the items we bought from a large Swedish flat pack store in the past were better documented and better quality.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gatoriffic Looks good, but a pain to install
These are the vertical pieces that are the foundation for the closet organizers. You would think these are the pieces that come with detailed installation instructions, but youd be wrong. NO INSTRUCTIONS. Even the rail that these rest on didnt come with instructions. I mean, in the end two of us spent a day installing sets in two 48" closets, but it wasnt easy.
Also, let's say you use three of these pieces like I did (making two unique halves of a closet), then you can't screw horizontal shelves (on the top and bottom) into both sides of the middle vertical piece. You can screw from one side, but that hole on the other side is taken up by the screw you just put in. (I realize this may not make sense on paper, but trust me it's a major design flaw.)
Anyway, the finished product look great, certainly better and more convenient than what was being replaced, hence the 3 stars.
