I originally bought a real Fraisier Fir tree from Home Depot's tree tent. Unfortunately, after I put over 1,800 lights on it, and decorated it, we found that it had some kind of bug or mold on the inner core that was looking very ominous and spreading rapidly. I realized I couldn't leave it up, although it was just six days before Christmas. I took all of the ornaments off (had to wash them all too), but left the lights on the tree because I didn't want to touch the core, and carted it back to Home Depot. The Manager I spoke to was very understanding, and treated my dilema with kindness. He suggested I exchange it for an artificial tree. I was leery, as I've never liked them before, but decided I really didn't have much choice, as they were sold out of mini lights, so I couldn't just start decorating a new live tree. Eventually, I chose the Martha Stewart 7.5' pre-lit Fraisier Fir with Warm lights (white). I had tried another one with LED lights that they had, but they were larger bulbs and too bright. I felt like Goldilocks, this was my third try, and "this one was just right". I decorated it with only 3 days until Christmas (I was pretty good at it by this time), and the final result was amazing. The cool light from these warm led bulbs is so lovely, I actually prefer it to the regular mini lights. The branches have the "true tips" that look just like the real thing, and the tree was super easy to set up, and required very little "fluffing". I put a green garland around the inside bottom portion of the tree so that it would be fuller (they all seem to suffer from that sparseness), and then it was PERFECT. All of my ornaments have nice strong branches, and look beautiful. I'll never get a real tree again, thank you Home Depot and Martha Stewart, you turned my horrible beginning to one with a very Happy Ending! I would recommend this tree without reservations, as well as Home Depot.

First, let me preface this review by saying I have no complaint with Home Depot. Home Depot exchanged the tree quickly and courteously. My complaint is with the Martha Stewart product and customer service. In the 30 years we've been married we have always had a live tree. This year, we decided to try an artificial tree. Two days after having the tree assembled and decorated, the middle section of lights went out. My husband called the customer service number and spoke to a customer service representative who spoke with a heavy accent and didn't provide any helpful suggestions or alternatives. He was told to try various things, which he did or had already done. We undecorated the tree and returned the tree to Home Depot, got another tree and decorated that one. Bottom line, its a nice tree, but if you have a problem with it, return the tree to the store. Do not expect any help from Martha Stewart customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Rodrigu It's a Keeper!
For the most part, this tree looks like the real deal (especially once decorated.) It's proportional without looking too uniform and the color matches that of a live tree - a soft, medium green. It's easy to set up and needed little adjusting. The lights look far better than in years past when I have attempted to string them myself. Though stable and sturdy overall, the top is not as stiff as a live tree, so it won't hold anything but a light weight star. (I plan to reinforce the top so I can use my star anyway.)

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Wally Tree arrived and was as advertised. Looks real and checked it out for next Christmas. So good that I donated my older tree.
Quality product and looks realistic. Bright lights and nice outlook.

The outer branches look real and the inner are the normal artificial branch fibers. It was easy to assemble.
