We were impressed with the quality of this closet organizer. We painted and installed this in one weekend. It gave our closet more room and great organization. Bought it on sale and it was worth the purchase. The installation was pretty easy and went up without any issues. Looking forward to doing our other closets too.

I love the closet organizer. It was exactly what I was wanting. It was very affordable. However, we did receive some damaged boards but the company was very good to get those replaced with no problems. Overall I'm very pleased with this product.

I must say that my husband is pretty DIY savy. That said, the directions were easy to follow and I loved that it was adjustable to the extent that we needed it. I now love my new closet...my 8 year old grandson walked into the closet and said, "Wow, it's like a store gramma!"

1. Install is fairly easy
2. Quality is OK but this is the same material used in some furnture / shelving
3. Installation Steps I used: Measure and mark spots (use tape) on the studs 75 inches from the ground ( I left some space below the middle shelving system). Install the metal hang bar with 3 inch deck screws lining up holes closest to the stud's mid point. Hang Left or Right side and then one of the 2 middle shelfs then screw them in from the sides then move them into place left or side side. Then do the same for the other side that way you screw down the top shelf with screws from the wall side and from the middle. Installed the middle shelf and rods with the provided screws

This unit was easy to install. Hardest part was cutting the mounting track. Used a sawzall with metal blade. When joining two tracks together in a long wall, keep factory ends together and cut ends in the corner. Toggle bolts are easy to install, use a 1/2 inch drill bit or paddle bit. Fixed shelves are used to keep everything tight so note your shelf spacing.

Ordered online. It was a Special Buy of the Day so it was $60 off the regular price. Most of the middle 2ft shelves had chips in them. 2 of the 3 toggle bolts were broken so I wasn't able to use them. The metal mounting rails that the entire system hangs from had a black substance on them, I think it was some kind of grease. The biggest problem was that both the metal rails were pretty badly bent. The instructions that came with it are for the model below this one (the one that doesn't come with the top shelf that goes across the entire unit). Beside that the the instructions are fine. After cleaning and straightening out the mounting rails the install was very easy. The 2 end pieces just hang free off of the mounting rails so I am going to screw them into the wall to make it much more sturdier. With a couple extras steps it should be sturdy unit.
I like that there are many ways to configure the system which will make it easier to lay out the rest of the walk in closet. Also it is really easy to install. The broken and chipped piece (probably from how it is packaged) were the biggest issue.

First off, what I received was not what is pictured here. The picture in the ad clearly shows a solid board running along the top of the piece, but that's not what I got. I got three separate pieces that had to be screwed in so that the top of the unit in my closet has three clearly different levels, all separated by ridges coming up from the uprights. This makes it a lot harder to put boxes and such on this shelf for storage.
Secondly, several of the pieces in the box were damaged. And judging by the condition of the box the unit came in, the damage was NOT caused by shipping. One of the support hangers had been bent and I had to use an anvil and vice to get it back into true. Two of the adjustable hanger rods had bent pins in the ends. (Luckily and bafflingly they sent me 5 of the rods when I was only expecting 4 so I had extras.) Two of the uprights had minor cosmetic damage in places that I could not hide during installation.
I'm not even going to start on the vagueness of the instructions.
All in all, a disappointing experience. I was able to make it work, mostly because I had already torn out my old closet hardware and I had no choice. I had checked to make sure there was no major damage before pulling out everything in my closet but apparently I needed to check every surface and pin and board before beginning.
