I have done a couple of closet organizers in my time and this is by far the easiest one I have ever put in.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Marv Nice closet...
I purchased this item online at HomeDepot, on sale, during a "get organized" event. I have a standard closet in one of the bedrooms and, with a few minor modifications, this fit it perfectly. I only had to cut the top shelves (over the hanging sections) to fit. It goes nicely with the other white furniture in the room. My only complaint is, as I was putting the closet together, I continued to discover missing parts (metal support rods, hardware, and adjustable hanging rods). I'm still providing a 5-start review, because upon e-mailing the company, they quickly mailed out the missing pieces. They were great to deal with. So, just make sure you check the boxes thoroughly for all the parts before starting the work.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dianna Looks nice.
Once I finally figured how to put it together and installed, it looked nice and functioned nicely. There are no directions with the product that I bought as to how to assemble the items other than where to mount the "mounting bracket on the wall. I had to figure out by trial and error how to install the drawers in the shelf/drawer unit and I am usually very handy with tools and putting things together. The initial product arrived with all vertical pieces cracked but I was able to receive replacement about a week later. Overall, the system is serving its purpose but I would not use that vendor's product again.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tired1nstaller Great looks but very difficult tot install
My wife loves the colors, the drawers, and the overall looks. I'm surprised how sturdy it is, despite the fact that it's hanging off the floor. Because my closet was was a few inches shorter, I had to cut down to fit the wall support and the top shelve. Using a hacksaw on metal was not a lot of fun. I'm glad I didn't have to cut down the hanger rods. The quality of the wood is very good. Putting together the drawers was very difficult and time consuming. Putting the front face on the drawers is almost guest work. But it's not as difficult to attach the rails on the side of the drawers. The instructions ask to use a provided template to mark the holes where the screws are going. I don't understand why they didn't just pre-drill so that the we don't have to go through all that trouble. If the paper template moves for just 1/16", the drawer ends up crooked when you install it. After two long nights of going at it, it's finally installed. I'm so happy I finished.

I ordered it online and love the fact that it looks just as good as the online picture. The only problem I had with this product was the instructions. They do not give enough detail.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Drew Good Quality at Fair Price But...
I'll start by saying I am very pleased with the outcome of this Product. We purchased the unit because I liked the idea of the hanging system vs. sitting on the carpet/ground and having to notch out around the trim work in the closet. This was a big benefit as we looked down the road for carpet replacement in the room. But, there are two main concerns I have with these units: First, there should be an anchoring mechanism once the unit is hanging. Since I had plenty of studs to mount the bracket I utilized the wall anchors provided and screwed the side panels to the wall which allows for more stability and no potential for the entire unit to be lifted off the track. Second, unless you place the top shelves just below the track, it is not very attractive in an open closet set-up.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by S4ZippyZoo Looks okay once it is hung, but if you are an IKEA level DIY, beware
If you buy the full kit with drawers, beware. The instructions are sparse, and focus mostly on how to hang the system.
The drawers are flimsy, held together with glue. I chose to use my own hardware and bolted them together, just in case.
I didn't like the ugly rail system, at all.
Be prepared to use some of your own hardware.
Be prepared to get creative too. Rather than using the rail across the full system, I ended up bolting one of the sides directly to the wall, and then hanging the middle and other side.
I was worried about putting all the weight on one wall.
Really focus on how much weight you get into the studs on your walls.
Also, the rods were very cheap.
I went out and bought 1 1/4" wooden closet poles and associated hardware.
Easy upgrade, looks much better.
The knobs are cheap, plan on buying different knobs to match the room.
I bought the ClosetMaid system for the other guest bedroom, which is sturdier. Wish I had gone with that one for this guest bedroom.
Would not buy again.
