Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kevin Good but more stabilization needed
I was uneasy about the instability of the product. The vertical panels hang on the track with no horizontal stabilization for the outside panels other than the single shelf at the top. The rods offer absolutely no horizontal stability as they are telescoping, adjustable rods. If these were solid rods instead or had a method to lock in the length, I would have no concerns. As it was, I purchased two additional 35" shelves (screwed in above the lower rod) to stabilize the unit. Also, to gain the attractive, even top shelf requires drilling additional holes and purchasing additional offset shelf hooks. The shelf pegs supplied will leave one of the three shelves resting slightly lower.
On purchasing the 2 additional shelves, I was disappointed that another order would need to be placed and delay the project. Incidentally, I found that the EZ-Track closet system at Menards (available in stores) appears to be the same product with a different brand name--even the prices matched. The coloring for the cherry appears to be the same even though one is called "wild cherry" and the other is "natural cherry". I purchased the shelves at Menards in order to complete the project rather than wait another week for the order (and avoid shipping charges.)
I am happy with the closet organizer. The directions are clear and easy to follow. After reading them all, I realized I would need to improvise a bit because I purchased additional kits (corner shelves and 72 inch rod and shelf kit) to fill out the closet. As suggested in the directions, It would have been easier to install the corner unit with two people but I was able to get it done. Much, much better than the builder-supplied wire shelving.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shopaholic Best purchase ever!!
Like most women, I am addicted to shoes, bags, and clothing. This obsession has outgrown my closet space which is why I decided to convert a bedroom into a walk in closet. I purchased two of the closet kits and initially became very intimidated by this product; however, once I started the project, it was an enjoyable experience. I was very happy about the product's quality, look and the clear instructions provided. My husband was very impressed that I completed the project without his assistance!!

Easy to install, easy to adjust to the layout you want. Makes good use of space that would have otherwise been wasted. Installed three in our closet.

I will recomend this product to anyone . Just beware that if you buy the ultimate closet the instruction and illustrations for it are really bad. This products instructions were simple enough to follow and am satisfied. Take your time to assemble it it is compressed wood and the materials do not allow for too many mistakes

I put this in my daughters closet and it looks pretty good. It's simple and straightforward to install and the materials are what you'd expect from a DIY solution. It's nice, but not custom-made nice.
One tip for installing is to make sure the track that the panels hang onto goes completely from one end of the wall to the other. It should be flush with both sides of the closet. I cut mine a little short and it made for some challenges, but I overcame it by screwing the side panels into the side of the closet. It's probably worth doing that anyway.
Good closet, slightly overpriced, especially if you add the drawers or extra shelves.
