Customer Reviews

Augusta Patio Chaise-DISCONTINUED is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice chaise, but one came incomplete I ordered two chaise. One came in just fine. The other came with two left arms and no right arm. I called, and got the missing piece in about two weeks. All in all, not bad, but it should have been correct the first time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I was hoping for.... Ultimately I wanted to really like these chaises.....but in the end they had to go back. I wanted Aluminum to match my other furniture, and I did get that. What I didn't realize is that the cushions are not supported by aluminum slats, but by those vinyl straps you see on low-cost chaise lounges. Combine that with the fact that the frames had to be assembled and I felt I wasn't really getting my monies worth. I returned them and will choose another make that has a more solid frame. Having said that, these are nice chaises...its just a shame they opted for those stretchy vinyl straps to put under the cushion rather than the metal slats I was expecting and, indeed, have on all my other pieces of furniture. The cushions seemed decently made and supportive for the price-point these are sold at, finish seemed fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable lounge chair Comfortable lounge chair. Assembly was easy. I incorrectly thought the width of the cushion would be the same as the matching set for the chairs. This makes it a little difficult to fit the cushion in my deck box. In the end, not a show stopper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good... but SAME problem So strange! the exact same thing happened to me as the previous reviewer except I have 2 right arms... I live in Canada so its not exactly easy to exchange...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy and comfortable Light weight to move easily. Very comfortable and back is adjustable. The only negative is that the fabric is a little scratchy.
