The set was great looking and the quality was good as well. Sturdy table and chairs once everything was assembled had trouble with damaged chairs as you can see, but I got a fixer kit and you can barely see where I had to glue it.

The ordering and delivery went well. However, when we tried to put it together one of the chair seats or arm rests was not built correctly because it was impossible to bolt the whole thing together. I called Home Depot the next day and they were great about offering to replace the chair, however a couple of days later I got an email that they didn't know which piece I needed (the whole stationary chair). After I confirmed it twice, I received an email that it was being shipped, and then received another email telling me it was on back order until September (I bought it in July). The rest of the set looks great, although I thought it would be a tad sturdier.

This set took several hours for two very capable individuals to put together. Seemed the parts did not line up well, and is somewhat wobbly. Once together, and sat in, seems sturdy enough. The down side is, I do not think this will end up being a long-lasting set for someone who will have it exposed to the elements. Our patio is covered so I believe this will last me longer than some.
For the money, I cannot really complain, it is a very pretty and is comfortable to sit in. As long as you know up front what you are getting into, I think most individuals would like the set.

Delivery took too long... online tracking showed the item was sitting in a location close to delivery point for more than a week. Call to Home Depot probably moved the item for delivery.
The screws used to assemble the unit are not suitable. Needed to purchase more screws to complete the job. Screws are not hardened metal and cannot be tightened enough. Need two people to assemble the unit, still hard to line up to apply the screws. Need to redesign the type of screws to be used and the way pieces fit together for easier assembly.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nancy Nice but damaged !
Glad I got this on sale!! The set is nice but certainly not worth the original price. I was not home at the time of delivery so the boxes were left in my garage which is OK but the boxes with the chairs were stacked one on top of the other causing three of the chairs to have dents in the framework. Sould have been packaged better or a warning on the outside "not to stack them". The holes do not line up on one of the chairs and a screw became stripped and is now stuck. There were no extra screws!! So, I'm going to have to take the, almost assembled, chair to the store ~ buy a screw and hopefully have someone at Home Depot remove the screw that's stuck. Also, three of the tiles for the top of the table have chips on the outer edges!! Only one extra tile was provided. The cushions are very nice. The table and chairs are metal but look like wrought iron.

Terrible. I ordered two sets. We were able to assemble one out of 12 chairs. Some chairs had no holes for the screws to go in, they simply were not drilled. Some the created in a way that the holes in no way lined up, making it impossible to assemble. The chairs were pretty in the picture but were not functional because they can not be assembled. Ive never been so frustrated with a purchase before.

After reading some bad reviews I was worried about purchasing this set, but the 399 price made me give it try and I am glad I did. Set up was easy, took two people but went really smooth and quickly. Some of the bolts and the pre-screwed holes didn't line up exactly but we just muscled them into place and it worked like a charm! Have had it set up for a month now and we are using it almost daily a loving it.

Assembly suggestion. When putting chairs together, start each screw by hand and leave loose until all parts are attached, then tighten screws one at a time. This "flex" helps in the assembly process. Some of the holes are not precisely aligned. Doing this approach helps ease assembly. Start with arm to chair back. Then screw back of seat to seat back. Remember just to hand twist screw until the threads catch. Then attach front of seat to chair leg. Finish tightening the screw at the arm and chair back, then the seat front to leg then finish with screws on seat to seat back.
When attaching inside frame of table to leg as, be aware there is a silver name plate on the support. I was totally unaware and this piece is upside down. I tightened the screws too tight unable to remove them to flip it over. Hard to tell, but if know about it!
Hope you find these tips helpful.
