Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Meme This Chaise exceded my expectations.
I am a 60 year old grandma and I work in my yard almost every day. I wanted something where I could stretch out and have a nap on my back deck. This chaise is long enough and wide enough that I can do this very comfortably. In fact, the day after I put it together, I had a 3 hour nap on it. It is big enough for my two dogs to lay with me without crowding. I also can raise the back to a comfortable setting so that I can sit up and read. I also like the pillow that came with it. It fits behind my head when reclined and profides support for my lower back when sitting up.
I did have a problem putting it together as one of the holes was not drilled correctly and had to have a friend clean out the hole so the screw would fit.
I did purchase a weather proof cover and hope that it will last for many years.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by sunnyone2 cushions don't hold up
I paid full price for 2 chaise lounges and also another $1,000 for matching chairs, footstools and loveseat, plus 2 tables. The cushions on all of the pieces look really saggy after sitting on them. The chaises in particular, are not what one would expect for $399.00 each plus tax. The cushions slide off, because there are no straps to hold them on. (the cushions on the footstools do the same thing) I really expected more of this set, for my screened, covered lanai. It should really be more than good looking, it should hold up to some use anyway. We have sat in the chaise lounges only a few times, and already can feel the webbing underneath the cushions.

Dollar for dollar....Probably the best buy you will get for a "nice" chaise lounge. Looks very expensive for an average price. Very well made, easy to assemble (pick up a rachet and socket before you start..... It will save you a bunch of frustration and if you have a helping hand nearby, use her too!!!!) Assembly with the proper tools, less than 1/2 hour.
This is obviously made for either indoors or out and if you put it in the weather, you might think about a slip cover because it looks way to nice to let it get dirty.
A beautiful addition to our pool area that we should enjoy for years..... Thanks

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TheCloser I really enjoy this chaise lounge
This chaise lounge exceeded my expectations. It was a little challenging to assemble (one of the screw holes didn't match up very well with the corresponding hole on another piece, but we finally managed to make it fit by disassembling what we had fastened to that point and trying again) but once we put it together, it was very attractive and sturdy. It is extra wide and comfortable - inevitably I find myself napping whenever I lie on it :) I like it so much I'm considering ordering a second one.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mollymooskie Delivered two and both unraveling
I ordered two of these chaises, so excited to put them beside our new pool. As I was starting to put them together I noticed a few of the wicker strands had snapped, so I moved on to the next chaise only to find that an entire section unraveled. I am not sure if because these are an older model that maybe they sent the bottom of the barrel or that they are beginning to unravel because they are a few years old. Either way, I didn't exchange them as much as I loved them in fear that they wouldn't hold up in the future.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Joan Love the way it looks on our deck!
Love the color of the cushions and the way it looks. But It took two of us to put this together. Had to really stuggle to get one screw to fit and I had to glue some of the wicker coming loose on one of the legs. One of the good things is that It is really comfortable and everyone loves to sit on it cause' it's so big. You will have to keep pulling the cushions up to keep them on but that's a small item. Over-all I love it and am glad we ordered.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by somethingobvious The size is great, the rest isn't
This is the 2nd set of these chairs we've purchased. The red fabric literally melted last summer, so we had custom cushions made for these. The resin wicker material eventually gave way to UV exposure and just dried and broke. We love how big they are though, so we have this set covered anytime it's not in use. Keep in mind, we live near Houston. Our back yard faces west, so it gets the most UV exposure than probably most anywhere else.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lola Overall comfort, we like it. Assembly, not so much.
It is impossible to put this item together using the toy wrench that comes with it. Do yourself a favor and buy a 10mm socket, if you do not already have one. It will save hours of aggravation. It is also helpful to have a second person to hold the pieces together while trying to thread the bolts. Once assembled. it is very comfortable. The cushions tend to slip as there are no ties to hold them in place, but it is not too bad.
