Belle Isle Patio Chaise Lounge-DISCONTINUED is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from cushions don't hold up I paid full price for 2 chaise lounges and also another $1,000 for matching chairs, footstools and loveseat, plus 2 tables. The cushions on all of the pieces look really saggy after sitting on them. The chaises in particular, are not what one would expect for $399.00 each plus tax. The cushions slide off, because there are no straps to hold them on. (the cushions on the footstools do the same thing) I really expected more of this set, for my screened, covered lanai. It should really be more than good looking, it should hold up to some use anyway. We have sat in the chaise lounges only a few times, and already can feel the webbing underneath the cushions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The problem with this chaise lounge is getting it put together! Only half of the screws were easy to screw in. The other half. did not fit without forcing them . Also, the screws are hex head screws and the heads are not uniform shapes. The set came with a little wrench but because the heads were not uniform it only worked on some of them. Without a ratchet it would have taken forever to get it together. It took my husband, who is very adept at putting things I order together, hours of HARD work to make this work. Also, the way the "wicker" weaving is wrapped around the tubing, is in the way of where you are trying to screw in the screws. We also purchased the chair and ottoman set. It was not as difficult to put together, but did have a couple of screws that were not uniform so they took some extra work to get secure. Having said all that, now that the pieces are put together, it is very nice looking and comfortable. Hoping that it will hold up well to the elements. I know you get what you pay for, but even at this price you should expect the hardware to be of good quality! This is our 3rd outdoor furniture group that we have put together and we have never had this much trouble before!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really enjoy this chaise lounge This chaise lounge exceeded my expectations. It was a little challenging to assemble (one of the screw holes didn't match up very well with the corresponding hole on another piece, but we finally managed to make it fit by disassembling what we had fastened to that point and trying again) but once we put it together, it was very attractive and sturdy. It is extra wide and comfortable - inevitably I find myself napping whenever I lie on it :) I like it so much I'm considering ordering a second one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The size is great, the rest isn't This is the 2nd set of these chairs we've purchased. The red fabric literally melted last summer, so we had custom cushions made for these. The resin wicker material eventually gave way to UV exposure and just dried and broke. We love how big they are though, so we have this set covered anytime it's not in use. Keep in mind, we live near Houston. Our back yard faces west, so it gets the most UV exposure than probably most anywhere else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall comfort, we like it. Assembly, not so much. It is impossible to put this item together using the toy wrench that comes with it. Do yourself a favor and buy a 10mm socket, if you do not already have one. It will save hours of aggravation. It is also helpful to have a second person to hold the pieces together while trying to thread the bolts. Once assembled. it is very comfortable. The cushions tend to slip as there are no ties to hold them in place, but it is not too bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice To Look At They came UPS, free shipping. The lounge chairs are very nice. I bought two. They are a pain to put together like the other reviewers said. Took us about an hour and a half each chair using the mini wrench that came with the screws. The problem is that the hex wrench set that we already have was not the right size for these screws. One of the straps came broken which worries me that the chair won't last. I priced other wicker lounges and this is a low price. The cushions do slide down and you have to constantly re-adjust yourself. Also they sit very low to the ground and it's hard to get out of. My concern is that since the chairs are wider than the average lounger am I going to have a hard time finding replacement cushions? Because they do fade and get moldy after one season. Mine are outside on the deck, although very nice to look at not really practical if you are going to be using them a lot. I am still undecided if they were worth the splurge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Old World charm and comfort I love this lounge! What I love the most is that it is "oversized" It is much wider than any other lounge I looked at, so it makes for a very comfortable resting place. It is fully adjustable to a lay flat position and the cushions are a great color and quality. They put together somewhat easily, but it's best to use a ratchet screwdriver or set with a hex tip. It will go much easier. The connections are tight so it does take a little muscle to put together, but that means it is sturdy. My only complaint is that because the cushions sit on the all weather wicker, they tend to slip and there should have been tie strings attached to the cushions to keep them in place. I also have the 6 piece sitting set and during one of our freak storms here in Florida my seat cushions blew right off, and I had to chase them down a busy street in the middle of the pouring rain... luckily I was able to get them all back. Overall, a very nice looking and comfortable set!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Chase! Quality Product.. It’s was one of the right decisions that I made regarding our new furniture for our New house and Patio. I first saw and tried this Lounge Chase back in March of 2010 in one of the local stores. I was amazed right away how comfortable, cozy, wide and stylish it is. It is so comfortable that you practically can sleep on it. I didn’t wait for sale or promotion, and purchased 2 of them for original price of $399, and so far didn’t regret it! Cons: 1. Instruction is fairly understandable but took a while to figure out which screw to use in each area. 2. Hard to assemble. Some parts don’t level up. We needed to use force to stretch the parts to level screw holes so bolt would go through. Even leveling didn’t help in few cases because some welded parts with Inner threads for the bolts were attached under angle and wouldn’t let bolts go straight. We used Zink Screws #12 1.5” and #12 2” to finish assemble. 3. Process takes a while because sometimes Wicker Net is getting on the way of the socket. 4. You need 2 people to assemble this item. Someone needs to hold parts while other is screwing bolts. 5. This is not standard size Lounge Chase (it’s extra wide), it’s impossible to find outdoor furniture cover for it so it will be always exposed to the sun that probably will fade the colors on the fabric. For money that I spent I wish they would think about to have this option available.
