Customer Reviews

Cardona Patio Chaise Lounge-DISCONTINUED is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 46.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from SLOPPY MANUFACTURING=DIFFICULT ASSEMBLY My wife attempted to assemble the first one and finally asked me to help her. I'm a pretty good handyman and thought this should be easy. Then, I realized that the holes pre-punched at the factory do not line up with the bolts. I finally got it together and did the second one myself just to see. Same thing again. I used a nail punch to make the holes larger and fixed the problem quickly, but, it still took over an hour for it. Although, they are attractive, these chairs are overpriced for the quality and should sell for around $79 each. RECOMMENDATION: BUY PREASSEMBLED OR SHOP FOR BETTER QUALITY.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very sturdy. This furniture is a bit light weight and tends to scoot around the patio when there's a strong wind. Also, the seat, while adequate, is not wide enough to be considered comfy. The set looks nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice for the price I researched lounge chairs for quite a while before deciding on this set. The chairs lie completely flat, it's made of aluminum so they shouldn't rust like steel, the sling material is comfortable even in the crazy TX heat, and they look nice poolside.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The sling design is great and it's comfortable. The lower section can be removed with the push buttons - I assume mostly for ease of storage. The angle adjustment is easy, but you may need to get up to be sure it is locked into place. Can't say anything about the durability since we have only had it for a few weeks, but we are expecting that the all aluminum construction will hold up well - it is very sturdy. The sling design is great since we don't need to haul out the cushions every time. The arms are shipped loose and need to be attached - We had some difficulty lining up the holes, I think the side bracket should be redesigned so the bolt heads are not above the sling rail. One other thing, the chair will lay completely flat, but there is a metal to metal contact point that will wear the paint off, so I stuck a furniture pad on the frame to avoid this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Matches the patio set, but overpriced for the quality I ordered this because I wanted a chaise lounge on our patio to match the Cardona patio set we purchased last summer. However, I felt it was overpriced because the quality is not that great. It's really light weight, the screw holes did not match up, nor did the fabric between the sections line up correctly. There were some minor parts missing and the frame scratched easily during assembly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poorly made Just received 2 of these chaise lounges yesterday. My husband had a very difficult time assembling this product. It is made cheaply and it is not worth the price. The bolts/screws did not match up and kept getting stripped. One of the arm rests had a scratch on it and the chaise itself is very narrow (and I'm not an overweight person). Will return to the Home Depot Store today.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice chaise, hard to assemble These are good looking chaises, and I got them on sale at season's end with free shipping. However, assembly is difficult and time-consuming. I preferred the old Martha Stewart chaises I bought about 8 years ago (K-Mart), which required no assembly, but the webbing eventually wore out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from chairs are perfect They were easy to assemble, great price, match my furniture, and comfy. The only thing when laying out in the sun...those bars become super hot! But sitting, proping my legs/feet up and relaxing in the evening by the pool-They're awesome esp for the price!
