Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by FlaBuck Nice look,,,,,But won't last long outside.
I purchased 2 of these loungers as a match to my dining tables and chairs. They looked great when new and were comfortable as well. However, after the first year out on the lanai and in the elements here in southwest Florida, the paint at the joints on the metal frames started to bubble. Then the rust spots started to appear on the pool deck. Now after just over 2 years one has made it to the trash after breaking at one of the fatigued rusted areas. The second isn't far behind. Outdoor furniture should be made to withstand outside conditions. These chairs are not. And for just under $200 (after tax) I would expect better. For the record, the dining table and chairs of the same collection which are under cover seem to be holding up pretty well.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by littlemiss I ordered two of these lounges. One was perfect, comfortable and appeared to be well made. The 2nd was missing the front legs and the hardware to put it together.
I called the company and they promptly sent me the missing parts. They knew exactly what parts I needed, which makes me think this wasn't the first unit
shipped with parts missing. After the 2nd was put together one of the bolt holes didn't match up. We were able to correct this ourselves by drilling a new hole. However one leg is slightly uneven so it sits a bit crooked. I like the charis but gave them 2 stars for the hassel factor. If you can deal with that, they're still a good value for the money.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by george comfortable seat but parts were not correct
Chair is comfortable enough but I would recommend purchasing a chair with a solid frame. This chair has the legs screwed on and the holes were not drilled correctly. The front legs are not solid.

Yes, yes, these are hard to put together. But that's not the worst part. Have them outdoors for a while, you know, like in the sun and rain? They will rust, the metal will bubble, and soon you won't have a chair. Bought two of these about a year ago for my South Florida patio. It rains, its hot, its humid. These chairs did NOT hold up. At the "adjustable points" both chairs have serious metal fatigue caused by rust from the elements. If you must buy these chairs, buy the $129 ones that do not have the adjustable feature. By the way, I NEVER used the adjustable feature and don't know why I bought them.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SJPMOM Rust not covered.....and it will rust
I love these chairs! For the first season, they were great. The second season I brought them out, the legs were rusted off. They were kept under a covered porch during the winter, but Still managed to rust. Please note that rust is not covered under warranty. Too bad because they are very comfortable. Outdoor furniture will be exposed to The elements and should stand up to them. Not this. Sorry Martha!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by loveflowergardens Its already rusting!
We bought an entire Grand Banks set about 15 months ago. Very difficult to put together. Pieces did not fit well. It took several hours and lots of bruised and scraped knuckles (along with a few profanities) to get them together. Looked real nice on the patio. We protected them during the winter, but a few months into the summer, the arm of the chaise began to rust. Very disappointed. It's worthless to me now because we just passed the one year warranty. In the trash it goes! I hope the remaining pieces last longer.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BJG5 Very attractive product and easy to assemble
We purchased 3 chaises and easily put them together. As usual, using our own tools made it a lot easier and faster than if we had used the provided tools. The chaises are very attractive and comfortable. They nicely complement our Martha Stewart dining table/chairs set.
Surprisingly the packaging, while decently good overall, had one major defect - the packing tape. The tape is very cheap and doesn't resist the transport. All 3 boxes arrived open, apparently just from worn out tape. We were pleased to find out that no part was missing.
