A little over a year of owning these we noticed that they were starting to rust. They stained our pavers and became so rusted that the legs fell off. Horrible horrible product.

I love these chairs! For the first season, they were great. The second season I brought them out, the legs were rusted off. They were kept under a covered porch during the winter, but Still managed to rust. Please note that rust is not covered under warranty. Too bad because they are very comfortable. Outdoor furniture will be exposed to The elements and should stand up to them. Not this. Sorry Martha!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by frustratedconsumer Do you have a lot of patience?
Do not buy this product unless you have a lot of time and patience to put the 8 bazillion pieces together. Oh, and make sure if you do, that you check to make sure everything is there first. We got almost all the way through and one of the teeny tiny little spacers were missing.

Bought two of these a year ago and I'm not impressed at all. Paint has chipped off of them in several areas and where this has happened it is now starting to rust. Rust can also be seen on every bolt and screw on the chair. To me this is not a quality item for $200. Seems like your just paying for the Martha Stewart name. Save your money!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by george comfortable seat but parts were not correct
Chair is comfortable enough but I would recommend purchasing a chair with a solid frame. This chair has the legs screwed on and the holes were not drilled correctly. The front legs are not solid.

This item is made out of steel I believe and when you leave it in the sun the metal parts reach such high temperatures that it is uncomfrotable to touch. Buyer beware. I think the description does include the word steel somewhere. Strongly recommend against buying this. Oh by the way the arms and screws began to rust within a week

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by littlemiss I ordered two of these lounges. One was perfect, comfortable and appeared to be well made. The 2nd was missing the front legs and the hardware to put it together.
I called the company and they promptly sent me the missing parts. They knew exactly what parts I needed, which makes me think this wasn't the first unit
shipped with parts missing. After the 2nd was put together one of the bolt holes didn't match up. We were able to correct this ourselves by drilling a new hole. However one leg is slightly uneven so it sits a bit crooked. I like the charis but gave them 2 stars for the hassel factor. If you can deal with that, they're still a good value for the money.
