We bought this Set, and aslo four chaises and two side tables in March 2009 for our vacation home. When it arrived there were two tiles broken. But we get repacements very quick. The srews became rusty very soon and they always get loose by themselfs so that you have to fix them continiously. The coat of the table was flaking after some months even the table is not standing in the rain or sun. The cushions have no sipper so you cant`t wash them by yourself. The brown colored strips of the chaises became lighter after the first summer. In all: a good looking Set when it arrives but it`s getting bad very quick and it is too expensive for that poor quality

The cushions lasted only 2 seasons. They became faded, scratchy and uncomfortable to sit on. They have split open and look horrific. I am now looking to replace the cushions but the cost to replace them is ridiculous. It would cost more for cushions than I paid for the entire set when I originally purchased it. I believe that outdoor furniture should be made to withstand the outdoor elements. The umbrella is wobbly and I am afraid it will snap in half whenever there is a strong breeze. As lovely as it looks it simply doesn't hold up. I do not recommend this set unless you are ok with making a new cushion purchase and new umbrella purchase within 2-3 years.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MrRobvious Nice looking but too lightweight and flimsy
Table has heavy stone inserts which exceeds the stable load capacity of the thin table legs making the table extremely wobbly. I have checked and retightend all screws and bolts and I can assure you it not an assembly issue, just a design flaw. One light tap to the side of the table sets it off to a rythmic wobble that will splash the liquids out of anything on the table. The problem is the table legs are much too small and thin to support such a heavy table top.Too bad, the set looks great and the setup was fairly easy but being so unstable makes real life use of this set a constant cleanup problem.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unhappy10 Not worth the money- Cushions poor quality
The cushions lasted only 8 months. They became faded or discolored horrible to look at. I am have been looking replacement cushions but the cost to replace them is more or as much as buying a new dinning set. I believe that outdoor furniture should be made to withstand any type of weather. I really wish they had used a better quality fabric than the one they use. Called the company while it was under warranty to find out that cushions are not cover. My advise before purchasing outdoor furniture read the small print on the warranty. This item is not worth the money.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JennyD Excellent so far!
I love this set so far. I say "so far" because I've only had it for a week and don't know how it holds up long term to weather, time, etc. (And I've read bad reviews about that.)
The assembly is super easy with good directions - and we all know how horrible that experience can be! The only thing that slowed me down was that a few of the bolt holes were not properly lined up, so it was hard to screw them in. Other than that, the assembly was a pleasant surprise.
The cushions are soooo comfy. I will never get thinner cushions again! Love them!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NitaB Durability of all fabric is very poor
We purchased 2 dining sets with umbrellas, stands and the swing. The tables, chairs and swing frame have been wonderful! We loved how it looked the first summer. Within 2 months the colors bleached by the sun very quickly. We put cushions in our storage building during storms, etc. That was a ton of work and space and still did not keep the fabric looking good. The swing was the most awesome one we have ever seen-almost cabana like-but the sun weakened the material so much that the canopy on top has split in several place. Replacements would be very nice! Zippered cushions would have been great for cleaning. Don't be fooled by how awesome this looks unless you are willing to put cushions out only when you are actually out using the set. The poles for umbrellas rusted at base!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CALinCO Great but the Umbrella Leaves Things to be Desired
I've had this set for almost 2 years now. I'm a woman and put the set together myself but did have some neighbors help carry the heavy tiles. I live in Colorado Springs and am very happy with how little the fabric has faded in our high-altitude sun (I do store the cushions over the winter). I'm expecting another great year of use. The table and chair construction and appearance is as beautiful and sturdy as the day I purchased. I've received tons of compliments on the set. Only two downfalls to the set: the umbrella is so large that even the slightest breeze causes you to put it down; the fabric on the cushions seems to burn very easily so I would not recommend use of the chairs around a fire pit or with someone who smokes. I've got to replace a couple of bottom cushions for burn holes.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Kholtman Very disappointed
We purchased this set in May 2011 and were thrilled with the quality. We stored the umbrella and cushions during the winter and covered the entire table with a cloth table protector. We just started using it again this summer and a metal part of the umbrellas snapped off and it is no longer stable. The cushions have already faded all across the top and no longer look nice. The warranty is only for 1 year, so we just missed the cut off by a month. I would not recommend this product.
