Installed faucet a year or two ago and right away noticed it was a little flimsy. But the wife thought it was pretty so it stayed. After a year the hot water stared to turn itself on when any other water in the house was shut off. Went back to Home Depot and they did stock any parts , the plumbing associate spoke Swahili or something and knew little . They wouldn't take it back or give me credit towards an American made (maybe) product so I'm attempting to replace O rings in the valve , as my last shot. Go with an established name .... not some Martha come lately.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cama5 Connecting parts had to be replaced
When first installed, this unit leaked all over. We had bought the vanity and faucet to match but after attempting to install the faucet into the unit, we wish we had purchased a better quality faucet. The connectors were cheap and they leaked as well as the y unit that connects to the hot and cold water. So we had to pay for a contractor to install it and he ended up replacing most of the connections and tubes. The only remaining original parts are the faucet that sits on top of the sink. It's nice looking, but not worth the trouble or extra money to fix it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by annabelle1242354 poor quality and loose fixtures
I purchased this faucet because we had unexpected expenses when remodeling our bathroom, and wanted to save on some items where we could. This faucet was a bit cheaper than others, but although it was cheaper $$, we later found out during installation it was also cheap in quality. The gooseneck was loose, and overall it was not sturdy. Also the installation was difficult. After fussing with it for hours, we returned it and bought a real brand name faucet and have been happy with our new purchase. Don't buy this product, a waste of time and money!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by CT3013 Pretty but not sturdy
This faucet is beautiful; however, it is very flimsy and not the quality I have come to know from Martha Stewart products. There is no way to tighten the gooseneck spout, therefore it woobles each time you turn the water on or wipe it down. It is very loose and no way to make more secure. The handles are hard to adjust, making them slightly uneven in the resting position of off. Disappointed..............

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by tjmjnj Sloppy goose neck
I knew right from the get-go that the goose neck on this faucet combo was flimsy as Home Depot has it on display in the store. However, wanting to stay with the collection I bought it anyway thinking that, who but me would know that it even swiveled?! I mean, a swiveling bath faucet? Not sure why you would need one but, whatever. I'm sure most guests will never even touch the goose neck because who would even think they could swivel a bath faucet? And as far as I'm concerned I really only care if other people know it's flimsy, and I don't think they will. Overall the quality is a bit cheap, the cold water diverter had a bent shaft so that the handle binds within the facia crown but I figure that'll probably wear with use.. I'm making a lot of excuses for the product but, overall it's OK hence the average rating. I'd only recommend this if you couldn't find a near identical unit - I was unable to, and it does work as intended..

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dianny3 nice to look at, awful to install
my husband has built 2 houses from the ground up, installing this faucet was awful. No written instructions, only pictures, like we can't read???? We would have gladly returned it but it's in and we will live with it but I would like to see Martha try to install this one.

A bath faucet that swivels?? Unfortunately did not discover this ridiculous design flaw until installation. No indication on the packaging of the swivel.
