I just picked up a pair of these today (ordered online and picked up in store). The packaging is not sufficient to protect these during shipping. The legs were sticking out of the box and had some light scratches on them. Even with the minor scuffs, I decided to take them home. There are only 4 pieces plus the hardware but the assembly was very difficult, especially on one of the two chairs. There are welded tabs with holes that simply do not line up. I am sure this is how they left the factory and not a result of the shipping. We had to get a pair of large pliers and bend these tabs in place just to get the put together. Even after modifying them, the screws are just partially engaged; fully tightening them was simply just not possible.
Being new, I can't speak about the durability of them but they do look nice and are one of the few aluminum options available for under $200. Just be aware of what you are getting yourself into when you purchase the.

I was after the look of these chaise lounges, I wanted something that looked similar to our new dining set without spending a $1,000 bucks. These fit the bill. They are nice looking, very comfortable and were the correct color for us. Price was in line with the ones we looked at locally. The only thing was, they are not easy to assemble. It seems every product made in China is a pain to put together, so I knew that going in. Word of advice: when you assemble this chaise, LEAVE ALL NUTS & BOLTS LOOSE WHILE YOU ASSEMBLE. Once ALL nuts are attached to the bolts, tighten then.
Overall, my wife and I are satisfied with this product and would not hesitate to purchase another one if we needed to do so.

We have had two of these for only a few years and have had to repair the frames several times as the spring buttons that hold the legs on failed and the legs would fall off when they were moved, and they are lightly used around the far end of our pool. Now someone sat in the foot rest and the fabric tore away from the frame,,,(a small 10 year old) and he was not being rough. I paid around 120$ each if I recall and very disappointing wear and integrity.

As others have noted, the welds on the frame are imprecise, and that results in the nuts imbedded in the frame not lining up precisely with the holes in the arm supports. After struggling an hour or so to assemble the first one, I finally figured out the problem with attaching the arms to the body frame: there is a required order of bolt insertion: you must start with the bolt that's on the farthest rear edge of the frame. Snug it, then insert the other three bolts on either side. The second one took 20 minutes. P.S. the sticker says weight maximum: 250 lbs. I believe it. When my 300+ friend sat on it, the fabric strained. Gonna have to get him his own chair. Ugh.

This is a quality lounge chair. We looked all over and it seems that what is out there for lounge chairs is either cheap junk or expensive high end stuff. This is right in the middle. We bought two and a year later we are very satisfied. Don't let the space between the back and the bottom dissuade you. It doesn't bother me one bit and my wife, who initially complained, now says it doesn't bother her either.

Was pleased with looks and comfort...assembly was a bit tricky as some of the holes did not line up and some bending of metal had to be done. Hopefully this will not affect the durability of the chair...time will tell! Overall, I would recommend the chairs.

First and foremost, huge HD fan and shop often, just not happy with this purchase. Not bitter, just would not recommend these chairs.
Ordered four of these and shipping was quick and easy. Boxes arrived via UPS and started assembly. All the components were in each of the boxes but the packing was awful. Flimsy cardboard and 1/8" underlayment pieces were used in the corners.
3 out of the 4 chairs were damaged -- bad welds and bent corners where the arms screw into the base. No way to bend into the proper place because the welds would rip or break.
On 2 of the chairs, the plastic (yes plastic) piece where the arm for the lounge position rests was broken off.
Originally purchased because of all the great reviews for these and the Solana Bay set online so I have to step forward and disagree with those. Very disappointed with this set and returned the entire thing back to the store (4 chaise lounges, 7-piece set, umbrella, umbrella stand and side tables).
Would not recommend this set to anyone.
Still a Home Depot shopper, just not for this set.
