Screw holes didn't line up well, and the armrest posts don't touch the ground unless you sit in it? For the price compared to ones that were twice as much

As others have noted, the welds on the frame are imprecise, and that results in the nuts imbedded in the frame not lining up precisely with the holes in the arm supports. After struggling an hour or so to assemble the first one, I finally figured out the problem with attaching the arms to the body frame: there is a required order of bolt insertion: you must start with the bolt that's on the farthest rear edge of the frame. Snug it, then insert the other three bolts on either side. The second one took 20 minutes. P.S. the sticker says weight maximum: 250 lbs. I believe it. When my 300+ friend sat on it, the fabric strained. Gonna have to get him his own chair. Ugh.

These chairs look great, but difficult to assemble (assembly screw points do not align) and they are not very comfortable. Just began using, so not sure on durability.

Purchased 2. Could not assemble either. Pre-drilled holes did not match up and screws would not fit through.

This is a quality lounge chair. We looked all over and it seems that what is out there for lounge chairs is either cheap junk or expensive high end stuff. This is right in the middle. We bought two and a year later we are very satisfied. Don't let the space between the back and the bottom dissuade you. It doesn't bother me one bit and my wife, who initially complained, now says it doesn't bother her either.

Ordered 2. One was missing the hardware package, which was a serious nuisance. Home Depot got me for another $15 and a needless trip to the store. Nonetheless, for the price is. great. They are fairly lightweight so I don't expect them to last a lifetime but I can't imagine getting fewer than 5-10 yeas out of them, which is more than reasonable. They look good and the mesh fabric seems sturdy. What more can you ask for at $129. I agree that assembly is not the best. The holes were somewhat misaligned and some of the brackets required some bending to be usable t not a major problem.

First and foremost, huge HD fan and shop often, just not happy with this purchase. Not bitter, just would not recommend these chairs.
Ordered four of these and shipping was quick and easy. Boxes arrived via UPS and started assembly. All the components were in each of the boxes but the packing was awful. Flimsy cardboard and 1/8" underlayment pieces were used in the corners.
3 out of the 4 chairs were damaged -- bad welds and bent corners where the arms screw into the base. No way to bend into the proper place because the welds would rip or break.
On 2 of the chairs, the plastic (yes plastic) piece where the arm for the lounge position rests was broken off.
Originally purchased because of all the great reviews for these and the Solana Bay set online so I have to step forward and disagree with those. Very disappointed with this set and returned the entire thing back to the store (4 chaise lounges, 7-piece set, umbrella, umbrella stand and side tables).
Would not recommend this set to anyone.
Still a Home Depot shopper, just not for this set.
