Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hoofer Disappointing materials and parts fitting correctly
I love the overall appearance, but not how it did not fit together correctly. The holes to put the bolts though were not measured correctly, so that I end up with one support leg an inch short of touching the surface the chair is on. This will affect stability in the use of the chaise over a period of time and will warp the chaise. After putting it all together--how do I return it???
I also noticed some flaws in the fabric part of the chaise. The weave was marred by incomplete fibers running through it. Those spots will not hold up to being exposed to the sun and rain, as well as material with out flaws.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product.

These were a bit of a pain to put together. The last chairs we bought from BJs came preassembled and seemed much sturdier. Time will tell if they are still standing in a couple of years.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Number1Nolefan Nice lounge chairs at a good price
Ordered 2 lounge chairs, arrived on time. Packaging in really bad shape, driver noted damage in case parts were missing.
Assembly not bad at all, always loose fit everything before tightening.... Only missing part a cap for one of the legs, called the number twice, no response so far. May order a third, take the part I need and return it...
All in all, nice chairs, attractive styling, all aluminum construction (mandatory in FL) at a good price.

Poor manufacturing results in the arms of the chair arm not fitting tightly to the base. Fabric of chair has imperfections which will shorten the 'life' of the chair. Very disappointed. Would not purchase again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clint Serious quality control/Assembly issues
I just picked up a pair of these today (ordered online and picked up in store). The packaging is not sufficient to protect these during shipping. The legs were sticking out of the box and had some light scratches on them. Even with the minor scuffs, I decided to take them home. There are only 4 pieces plus the hardware but the assembly was very difficult, especially on one of the two chairs. There are welded tabs with holes that simply do not line up. I am sure this is how they left the factory and not a result of the shipping. We had to get a pair of large pliers and bend these tabs in place just to get the put together. Even after modifying them, the screws are just partially engaged; fully tightening them was simply just not possible.
Being new, I can't speak about the durability of them but they do look nice and are one of the few aluminum options available for under $200. Just be aware of what you are getting yourself into when you purchase the.

Screw holes didn't line up well, and the armrest posts don't touch the ground unless you sit in it? For the price compared to ones that were twice as much
