This door is very well made and solid. Purchased to replace ugly brown hollow 1970s doors. What a game changer. Used in the bedrooms and really helps with blocking out sounds from rest of my house. It is a slab door so please make sure u have someone to install as this door will have to be fitted from scratch with the hinges and door knob. And if ur existing door Frame is not exactly square it will take some time to install door after adjustments. We had to use 3 brackets as it is heavy.
After all is said and done well worth the price . So happy with with door :)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pinblock Great Product. Love this style and love the sturdiness of a solid-core door.
Well packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping. Pristine appearance once installed and painted with care. Primed well (although not perfect). Would recommend to anyone who is interested in that style and has the ability to install.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by dianeb Will not be ordering Crown doors again
Poor workmanship on the door we ordered. Shaker style 5 panel door has several gouges, places where door looks like it had been dragged and wore down on two corners, panels not caulked. We repaired & sanded door instead of waiting 2 more weeks to get a replacement.

We ordered several of these doors for our new basement construction. They were in excellent condition, thankfully, and everyone thinks they are wood. They are heavy and well made and beautiful in our space. My guess is they will not hold up over the decades like wood because if deeply scratched you cannot sand it out, I like them and am ordering 2 more to complete our project.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Candy The door is exactly what I pictured. Great quality and matches the style of the old doors in the rest of my house.
Product itself is great but the issue with the packaging is why I rated everything a little lower. To spend over $300 for an interior door I expected the packaging to be better to protect the door.
