Can I buy the door only?

I have the frame already installed but need a replacement door only.
Asked by: DickHank
No. But you can take it off the frame by removing 9 screws. You could also just remove the pins from the hinges and install your old hinges.

I am trying to comply with the lighting and ventilation code and while the window size answer on the 32" x 80" door was helpful could I now ask the opening dimensions of the 32" x 80"window as well as the window size of the 36" x 80" door and also the dimensions of the window opening in the 36" x 80" door. Hello Terry, The 32" x 80" and 36" x 80" door use a 22" x 36" insert whose cutout dimensions are 23" x 37".

I had to take back to the store the first door that I bought because it was defective. I probably should have checked to see that one side of the frame was warped. The second one I purchased worked fine. I guess I would suggest that Home Depot personnel check the doors and frames before putting them on the floor because another one in the rack had dents in it.

Had it installed and it leaked from everywhere. Call MFG and they sent a replacement window and expected me to install it. Called several more times so they sent a rep out and he determined that the window was not install by the factory correctly. He also said the door was not installed properly because it was missing 1 shim near the top - which we jammed in even tighter. Checked the door with hose before he left - still leaked. He caulked and replaced weather strip and adjusted hinges. Still leaked. Said that all he could do. MFG said Homeowner problem door not installed correctly to spec. Door still leaks all around because door not quite large enough for the jamb. Installed for 1 year getting ready to replace because it is now rotting at base where water collects inside from the window. The door with the install and repairs exceeded $1,000. Waste of Money Would never recommend Masonite products at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great door, poor window design Installed this door last week. Easy and straightforward. The only problem I have is with the window design. To me, it's upside down for safety/security. If the window is opened, even partially, for ventilation through the screen, it allows access through the door simply by pushing in or cutting the screen and reaching in and unlocking the door as the bottom area of the screened portion is directly adjacent to the door handle/deadbolt. If the screened portion was on the top half, it would deter unwanted/illegal entry. PLEASE modify this issue!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my new door I love my new door as I wanted ventilation in my bathroom. It is a snug fit and hots out the heat which is good as it faces the morning to afternoon sun. I would recommend this door.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from oddly imperfect This exterior garage door came with a window which was installed about 1/4 inch from square. It wasn't immediately noticeable, but it is visible when you stand ten to fifteen feet away---something just doesn't look quite right. Then you take out your tape and you understand why. But by that time my contractor had already finished the installation. What could I do?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected! Great value!!! Compliments the new windows and allows more light than the old door did, and much more secure too.
