Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Steve Delivered right to my door
Although the product was not in stock, I was able to order it on line and have it delivered right to my door. It was exactly as described and served the purpose quite well as a crossover for a double wide manufactured home. And well insulated to boot!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hedgewarden Good insulation, maybe a bit flimsy
Inner flex duct seems flimsy, but stood up to some rough handling in my unskilled hands. Insulating layer was generous pink spun glass. Outer layer again seemed a little flimsy, but again was adequate.
Installed to connect two units of a double-wide mobile home. Call back in 25 yrs to see if it survived.
Only real problem was in packing 25' of duct into a 3' long box, the inner duct was pushed about 3' into the insulation layer, which hung about 2' out of the outer layer. Some difficulty involved in trying to align the three layers at one end after unpacking.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by eherot Thick and durable
I ordered one of every kind of fiberglass 10" flexible ductwork from the Home Depot web site (including KM and MKE). This one had the heaviest and most durable foil layers and inner lining. Insulation was relatively easy even though I had to pull this ductwork through a very cramped attic full of pointy objects.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DaveEA The best currently available for upgrades or new work
I used both the 10" here and 8" Master Flow R-8 to replace and upgrade all my black-jacketed R4 insulation in 2012 and am very pleased with the results. The silver jacket is very tough when you have to pull on it, however it can be slit by edges of plywood and wood that may exist in the space you're installing it, so use caution when dragging it around (it is sort of like a mylar jacket in that regard). I installed this at the end of the cooling season so don't have reliable data yet, however the thickness of insulation is quite noticeable over R-4. I would also recommend the Speedi Collars as replacements on your A/C plenum, I used these along with the flexduct and this really eliminated the air leaks. It took me about 3 months of getting into the attic when the temps were bearable to finish the job (3 inlets, 6 outlets), but patience and a lot of research before you start will pay off; there is plenty of good information online about installing flexduct and Home Depot has the most comprehensive selection of products at what I found to be the best overall price and return policy. Just remember that it takes patience and careful planning because once the flexduct is cut, about the only way to fix a mistake is to put a metal splice in and add more flexduct! Flexduct shears, cable ties and a cable tie puller tool, zip screws, cable-tie tightner - they can all presently be purchased online here.
