Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by Jerrky Crown molding color does not even come close to color of the rest of the wood on this cabinet
Before tearing our your old mirror and vanity light open the box and make sure all the wood pieces have matching colors. The crown molding on mine was brown and the wood on the rest of the medicine cabinet was the much darker "Java" color. How on earth this could be missed is beyond me. . I don't think the difference in the colors can be attributed to the wood grain being different on the molding from the rest of the wood or because the manufacturer used different batches of stain. The colors are not even close and there is no way you could squint your eyes enough and say, "that's close enough for me". It was very frustrating to find this out after I had taken out the old vanity and light.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by KEM2014 Cabinet hinges fell apart
I bought this cabinet several years ago, so maybe they have addressed the problem, but on the cabinet I have the hinges that hold the mirrored door on cracked apart (on both the top and the bottom), so now the door cannot be attached. The mirrored door also warped a bit. Granted this isn't the most expensive product, but I would hope it would be useable for more than 3-4 years!
Other than the door, the cabinet is still usable and I would rather get replacement hinges or door if possible, instead of investing in a new cabinet and having to install a new one. So I contacted Home Depot, who instructed me to contact MasterBath customer service. They were NOT helpful at all. As soon as I explained the problem, the person I spoke with indicated they knew of the issue. Then they proceeded to tell me they will not replace the hinges/door (or even sell me replacement parts) without a proof of purchase from Home Depot. So now I have to jump through hoops to find a record of the purchase from over 3 years ago, and even if I do I'm not guaranteed they will do anything about the problem. It just seems to me that better customer service would be to immediately replace the parts you know are shoddy, no questions asked.
I didn't have problems with the color of the cabinet, and it does offer plenty of space. As I said maybe they have addressed the hinge issue. However, beware if you have to deal with MasterBath "customer service". Save all your receipts in case it comes to that!
Given my experience, I wouldn't expect this product to last for many years to come!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0Â by kefer Nice overall, a little rough around the edges
The overall effect is pretty good, just don't look too close. Furniture this is not. My cabinet came with numerous defects in the finish, small scratches, glue oozing out of the joints in the shelves, crooked mounted magnetic door closer, etc.
For me the single biggest problem was the top and bottom of the cabinet is totally unfinished raw plywood. I masked off the bottom and painted it a dark brown so you don't notice it now, but really there should be a finished piece on all four sides, not just two.
We debated sending it back, but honestly the beveled mirror door is really nice, and we lucked out that the Java finish is an almost perfect match to our bathroom cabinets. So we kept it, warts and all.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0Â by AZLady Expensive for the quality
Purchased 2 of these cabinets for our master bath remodel. They took about 24 days to arrive. Need two people to install. Mirror doors are tricky to adjust to get them centered in the opening. The first cabinet was fine, but the second had to be returned as the hanging cleat was on the bottom of the cabinet instead of the top, making it impossible to install. Took it back and the customer service department was very helpful in ordering me a replacement and put on the order to double check the quality prior to shipping! A bit expensive, but do look good once they are on the wall

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by jdkaisand needed to attach molding separately.
You will need some finish nails or a drill to nail or screw the top crown molding to the top of the cabinet. Besides that fact ,the product looks and functions great. Slim depth makes it unobtrusive.
